H-E-B Pharmacy, Spring TX

The prices on the website are different than the at the store. The manager explained to me that every store has their own sales, when I asked him why the price of blueberries Was more than a dollar different than the website. The layout of the store is also chaotic but I guess is one of those things you have to live with.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. Its always quick and easy to get my refills. Im usually served by Frank or Calista, they’re very nice and helpful. Overall good experience every time I’m here.

This is just the best pharmacy. Even when they are crazy busy the staff is polite and patient. And the pharmacists are SO helpful. They not irritated or impatient when I ask a lot of questions. Each time I interact with the folks here I’m reminded what stellar customer service looks like. WTG, HEB.

Customer service is great - the regular employees remember you by name and are great! But they've gotten so busy the last couple years that there are quite often fill-ins.

Employee shawna is very rude and sassy over the phone. This is the second time three months later and still the same person with a attitude is working the pharmacy phone.

Unprofessional. Poor customer service. Rarely able to fill prescriptions the first time as requested. Would recommend going elsewhere. Severe disappointment when compared to the service I've received at this HEB store.

Twice I've had bad service at this location.the store is clean well stocked but some of the employees are rude.

Been a regular user of their pharmacy for many years. Have multiple scrips filled. Always have them ready ahead of time. Good at calling doctors if scrip needs refill permissions. Is authorized Kelsey pharmacy outlet. Refill by phone works very good.

There's always an issue with my sons prescriptions. Walgreens across the street is way better more professional!

I'm from San Antonio and now that I live in Houston I ask a simple question, "Why doesn't Houston don't have "enpanadas" like El Paso Corpus Christi San Antonio. I asked my location HEB Store and they send me to another location. I call the other locations and neither of them make them. Little by little HEB keep discontinuing stuff that I love to eat and HEB makes me go somewhere else to do my shopping. HEB needs to pull off the commercial that says "only in my HEB" cause its a miss-representation. Don't inform your employees where and why they don't carry the product.
