Slowest service ever. Expect to be waiting in the drive through for 40 minutes every time.

I can't express enough of the great customer service. Every single time I call I always get services, never with a hesitation or rudeness, and let's face it we all want great customer service. Keep up those smiling faces on the phone even tho I'm sure days are rough keep being nice and servicing the customer with niceness. I have moved twice and still drive to this HEB to get my scripts says alot. I do because I never have had issues. So thank you HEB PHARMACY

If I can give a O i would, they never have you prescriptions ready, it takes lots of time for them to take care of you true the drive true or for them to find what you need, I have never got a call after my Dr send the medication here that is ready they are always lost and rude they don’t recap what are they giving you they just dump it on a bag and here you go always my prescription are not ready NEVER! You call for refills they never call the Dr.to request them, The Grocery store I LOVE IT but the pharmacy they need to fire them all and find people that Really care and want to work! Never ever getting my meds here again!

Drive-thru doesn't work, it has been broken for a month now. They don't call patients if something needs to be done for medication release. You have to call them. The wait is long and they are always out of some medicine. This will be my last year with them. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 12 years.

Daniel, Andrew, Cat, Blake & Brenda have ALL Impressed me. I can't Thank you guys enough, for always being so undersatnding. Courteous, knowledgable, professional, and quick to help meet our needs. You guys make it happen. And definately ensure that my family and I are cared for. I am very confident in all of their efforts! Always on Point. And! My prescriptions are never ready. One was very important blood pressure meds that were past the date to be refilled and were called in a few days earlier and STILL weren't ready!

I don't have time to write reviews but I made it q point to write this one because it has happened 3 times! Also, it's happe Ed to my daughter several times as welll. The people at the pharmacy are not very empathetic or friendly. People cannot afford to go without their important meds, especially some of the elderly. DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!

They do no ever call you when your meds are ready for pick up. They closed at 5 pm and my husband showed up at 5: 01 and they said they would not help him. I need my meds to eat since I’m really sick and the employees response was, “oh well we will be open at 8 am tomorrow”. If they had called to tell us the medication was ready we wouldn’t have been so late! How disgusting and disappointing to have that behavior from HEB!

I’ve enjoyed coming to this pharmacy for my father. They always have great prices and service. I want to give a shout out to Ms. Brenda, she was so helpful and sweet over the phone! I work in customer service and she gave me the best! She helped me by getting in contact with the doctor to find an affordable medication and to have another medication in the right form! My father is on heart medication and she was able to fill the medication in a timely manner. Very thankful for y’all’s services!

I have been with HEB for a long time.pharmacist and technicians are very friendly and helpful.

The pharmacist and staff totally went the extra mile for me Rarely have I ever had someone be so sweet to me in customer service just because ️? ️? ️Awesome staff accurate informationno long wait time (they roll in and right back out) very friendly here they saved me the biggest headache ‍️they were very kind.

Their female drive-thru pharmacy personnel are unprofessional and inconsiderate. On 03/09/21 this pharmacy took it upon themselves to change the fill date without making contact with anyone to verify if this would impact the customer. I made every attempt to call them throughout the day but nobody ever picked-up the phone. When I arrived the drive-thru teller was very demanding, well if you can come back in 15 minutes we can have it filled. Don’t you think I should have been contacted if the medicine is not at this location? She said the medicine is here it’s scheduled to be filled for tomorrow. Here’s the problem, I left early from my house and arrived at 1914 and have to be at work 2000, how does that solve the problem? She continues to repeat herself suggesting I have a choice, come back in 15 minutes or I can wait till tomorrow. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy as a customer. HEB should dedicate personnel to answer the phone lines to avoid this type of discrepancy. Not satisfied with their attention to detail or how their supervisor is running this pharmacy. I have never tried the pharmacy at Walmart but it may be time to find another pharmacy that treats their customer with a bit more professionalism. Regards.

I'm sorry that others have had a bad experience, because mine has been nothing short of wonderful. The pharmacy app, drive-thru, and staff have made obtaining my prescriptions so easy and I wish I'd switched to this pharmacy sooner.

This is worst pharmacy service you try to link you app and the short pharmacist lady yells she can’t fill your scripts when all your trying to do is link app since they need to do using their computer. Then they say their own DEA Laws like you picked it up day after fill date which has nothing to do with fill date
