H-E-B Pharmacy reviews
15Why have a phone if y'all can't ever seem to answer it? Damn thing has been ringing for 30 damn minutes now. This is ridiculous. Y'all need to hire someone just to answer the phone. Plus place is slower then dirt. Drive thru is a nightmare. Take your meds else where if you depend on them.
If you can't be bothered to answer the phone during business hours, why should I trust my family's prescription needs to you?
Very Rude. But so are customers? RX employee female especially rude. But no one will pay any attention. Just a heads up guys
Was told my prescriptions would be ready on Saturday after 10am. I showed up on Sunday and was told that one of them wasn't ready and it would be delivered 'later'. I was given no notice that one was delayed. The drive-thru is a huge waste of time. You will wait for no less than 30 minutes. Over the last two years, it's really gone downhill.
The pharmacist was awesome! They actually took the time to assist us with what manufacture coupons were available and how to get them! 1000% better then Walgreens
I do not want to even give one star to this pharmacy. All of them seem to be so confused and i keep repeating the same info again and again! Really frustrating. The one on Palmer is so much better!
I’ve never waited less than 45 minutes in line half the time only to be told it’s not ready yet even though i’ve received a call.it’s ridiculous
The wait is always insane. Often calls on hold upwards of 40 min+. Missing prescriptions. The line outside takes forever. Often, it takes about 15-20 min for each car. So God forbid if you're the 3rd or 4th. They often give u attitude if u express displeasure and never seem apologetic. They are a giant blemish on HEB's reputation.
Don’t even bother trying to call, they NEVER answer. Filling prescriptions randomly. I have all my prescriptions on auto refill. Some I run out of before they refill. Others are refilled to often. This pharmacy used to be good, now it is a disgrace!
Been on hold for over 30 mins trying to get to the pharmacy. Is this place even open? ! You should update your hours if you are not going to be open as this is very deceitful.
Normally I find this HEB great but I recently got United Healthcare insurance and was told by the guy at the window that he was too busy to take my insurance! I frequent this HEB and most of my experiences have been great!
The only way to contact them is to drive up there and go in person. They don’t fill your meds by the time you requested and they don’t answer their phones. Choose a different pharmacy.
I have driven 20 minutes each way on numerous occasions to get a prescription which was supposed to be ready, because HEB Leander plus pharmacy no longer answers their phone. I was told that because they are short on staff a pharmacy manager named Julie told all the pharmacy workers not to answer business phone calls. So the pharmacy saves 3 minutes in order for me to drive 40 minutes. Additionally, I missed a phone call from HEB pharmacy. No message was left. I was unable to get through calling (due to their current phone policy). Therefore I drove again. Time to change pharmacies. You may want to consider changing, as well.
Called pharmacy for 20+ minutes repeatedly on 2/9/23 from 7: 30pm - 8: 00pm to pick up a time sensitive prescription. Calls repeatedly placed on hold so I made the trip anyway to arrive at 7: 55.5 full minutes before the posted closing time. To have a sign shoved rudely in front of me and that it didn’t matter what time it was. I would love to speak with a manager about this and will be looking to fill my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.
Management needs to intervene here. This location is either understaffed or the infrastructure there allows for too many customers to stack up.
I am SO TIRED of being hung up on by the pharmacy techs here. Funny how they don't have time to take my call, but plenty of time to make fun of the customers at the drive thru window.
Pharmacy techs: you are being scrutinized by everyone. Including those you give fantastic service to (and they do, but only at the counter.) But if I call there's a 75% chance I get a loud "CLICK. BEEP. "
C'mon HEB. You guys are more professional than this. Until this is fixed I'm taking my business elsewhere.
