H-E-B Pharmacy reviews
5Always quick and efficient, I just wish I knew how to update my phone number with them. I provided the phone number change to my doctor so I'm not sure why the phone number didn't change with the pharmacy. I don't get calls to tell me a prescription is ready so after I request it to be filed I just go the day after to pick it up. It's always ready by the day after a prescription is filed.
Well I was told my prescription would be delivered the same day. Waited and waited no prescriptions. Called next day and ask what happen no responds. I called and they put a women on the phone and she said we told you it would be delivered to day. Getting smart. Then it was later in the day I finally received the prescription. I ask the driver she said was not send out the day was suppose to be delivered. My point is we may be old and crept but that does not mean we would like to stay locked up in apartment and we go visit in the facility and they deside to deliver then we can not get our prescriptions. My appoint is if you can’t get the stuff out when you say sorry can’t get today it will be tomorrow don’t leave people hanging.and when Someone calls don’t be smart about it.
The mgr Ashley was very rude and unsympathetic to fact that I have been running back between Indian Trail and Trimmier Rd locations. Neither locations ever offered to call before I made another dry run to another location. Everyone wants to know who I spoke to. Well, that would be easier to tell them had they said their name on the phone. Ashley, took my frustration as being angry. I was trying to explain to her that I was not but frustrated because I couldn’t figure out how my prescriptions got Trimmier
I am a regular shopper at HEB in Harker Heights and am quite perplexed about HEB managements failure to abide by health regulation in relation to dogs in the store. On any given day one could be shopping and come upon a person with a pet (dog) either on a leash walking or being held. Okay, I realize that Service Animals are to be allowed in the srore with a shopper, but regulations stipulate that said animal must be designated as a service animal with a specially designated harness. Unfortunately, this is not required at the Harker Heights store, or management ignores this rule.
Yesterday afternoon was no exception. See attached pictures.
Is this not still a violation of Texas Health regulations? These "pets" should not be allowed near foods, i.e, meat products as was the case in one of the photos. Nor should they be allowed in any area where open foods are stored or served.
I'd be interested to know if Health Codes have been changed, and if not, I would hope that store management begin enforcing rules requiring appropriate Service Animal designation on all animals being brought into the store.
The staff is so friendly, and they know how to do it right. The quality of service you just don't see in others on a regular basis. When delivery meds they always have a smile & patience. If I was going to leave this area not having HEB as a pharmacy will be a big loss.
