6It is a busy pharmacy because of the major Hwy.of 281. However, I’m a customer that has to ask questions and they are all good to me! They are so busy, but I’m nice to them and I can see they appreciate it. They know me well.
BE CAREFUL and check your rx's. The male pharmacist pushed through my dosage that was 4 times the allotted amount for my body, I am glad that I have a medical background enough to check the dosage.the staff seemed worried about this enough, which brings me to the point where I will always be double-checking my prescriptions and dosages given, I do not feel as though I can trust someone who could've made irreversible damage to my body.
Went through drive thru. The lady watched me put my card in the machine 458 times.finally I asked if she could swipe the card herself. After waiting several minutes she comes back to let us know they had to reboot the computer. Hey no problem! I'm in customer service myself and I understand things happen. However, her demeanor and attitude ruffled my feather. She literally threw my card into the bag and we went on our merry way. I have bad days myself but you would NEVER know it while I'm at work. Don't appreciate the attitude
The staff is always very polite and has no problem answering all my questions. They always ensure I’m getting the best deal with my discount cards, which means a lot since I don’t currently have health insurance. I go out of my way to ensure my prescriptions are sent here. <3
Over the years one employee of the pharmacy has never forgotten my name or failed to remember me. I want to recognize Missy or the name tag is different now. My life is not fun at all so its the little things and I appreciate it. Thank you.
I had excellent experience with my local HEB pharmacy in SA when I lived there, but now always seem to have a problem. I spoke to a tech about my RX before going to pick them up, and she assured me she would give the HEB coupon I found on Good RX, which would have saved me $30, but she didn't. I also believe they charged me the higher price on another RX, so I lost probably $50. I was so mad.
