Slow as 2 snails in molasses on the north pole. They never have my meds in stock. Always have to wait.

I have not once shown up and not been told that it would be another hour. They don't even start your prescription until you come.

I went to H-E-B to get my shingles vaccination today. The pharmacy staff was amazing, courteous and friendly. I had my most interaction with Yovani. Now I must say he is AWESOME! He took his time and explained the process and advised what to do if I have an adverse reaction. I am not a fan of needles or getting shots but with Yovani I didn't feel a thing and didn't realize he had finished. If
Yovani is the caliber of professionals that H-E-B is producing then I am a customer for life.

Way too small and way understaffed. 9 o'clock on a Saturday and 14 cars in que. I have had medication errors with this location as well. Phones have been down for weeks at this location too. Do better HEB.

Two suggestions to reduce your wait times and increase customer satisfaction.

First, open thirty minutes earlier. Nearly every parent in town is across the street dropping-off their kids at school by 8am. Take advantage of that and reduce your after-work bottlenecks.

Second, be less aggressive with restocking meds. This is a self-inflicted problem by HEB that causes longer wait times. Many people are there to buy their meds but due to the wait times they give up and try again later. Meanwhile, your people are busy either restocking or notifying those same people about their meds. That's time and money wasted for everyone.

My relationship with the pharmacy is 5 star. However, my 1star complaint is with applying for their H. E. B.credit card. I applied for it online around 3 weeks ago and was informed that I would hear from them within 3 business days. I know my credit is excellent. I pay my Capital One & Kroger CC off in full each month plus I have an auto loan that I have never missed a single payment on. When I get back into the system and enter my name I am told that the application is still under review. What’s going on with these people? Are they all former Walmart employees?

I checked the Good Rx coupon price for a script immediately before picking it up. At the store I was told “our computer shows... “ and charged 34% more. I rechecked Good Rx as soon as I got to the car and found the lower price on the website. False advertising?

If a customer is rude. Before you judge; think about are you ignoring their question, maybe you the rx rep are the rude one. You can’t give a price yet, fine. Can you verify the quantity of pills per rx you are requesting. Or do I have to wait for you to do a lesser amount before you correct it because you don’t listen to the customer?

Update your hours! Why have your hours listed if they’re not accurate? I sent my son to drop off his dad’s prescriptions on his way to work because your hours say you open at 8 am. He gets there and was told by pharmacy staff that the pharmacy doesn’t open until 8: 30 am. Do better H‑E‑B.

Not sure what has happened to H-E-B pharmacy! 4 hours ago my physician sent in a new RX, I come to pick it up and I am told it will be in two days from now! I told her no I want it today, the tech looked and said yes we have that and it will be ready in 30 minutes! I asked why they did not fill it today? She smiled and said we work on what is in our cue! Well this should have been in your cue 4 hours ago! They advertise they are my hometown pharmacy, why is it filled at a remote location? As I sit here and write it one customer after another is told the same thing as me. DO BETTER H-E-B!

This pharmacy has terrible customer service or lack of customer service, is a better word. I went to pick up a medication for my diabetes a few minutes before closing time, because I had just received a text message saying it was ready. When I got there they said it was going to be extremely pricey which was a problem I had resolved with insurance early in the day. The tech kept saying they were closing and basically they were not willing to take a few extra minutes to re-run the claim. They insurance company was adamant that it was a click of button on the retail pharmacy’s end. Then they proceeded to start closing the window while I’m still trying to speak. TERRIBLE! As a pharmacy you should be more considerate to those who actually depend on medication to survive.

Very bad service. It took four phone calls just to get prescriptions correct. Then, they called stating medications were ready. Waited in line 15 minutes in drive-through. Was told they were not ready. Told to turn around and go back to the end of the line. We left. I went in and complained to Pharmacy Manager Allison Hill, who proceeded to claim that I was lying about getting notice from them that the prescriptions were ready. I would have to bring in the phone to prove that I was not lying. I looked at the cell phone and it showed the phone call that was received from HEB Pharmacy in Mont Belvieu. The manager should be FIRED.

Something is wrong at HEB Pharmacy in Mont Belview. I have been a customer for 4 or 5 years. Same prescription, no changes. Always got a text message when my prescription was ready and always on time. 4 months ago something changed, first HEB lost my doctors call to renew the same prescription, I had the doctor recall it in again, always been 6 to 12 months of refills. I get one refill, a month goes by no refill. Called, OH we forgot to set to auto refill. Next month no refill, call, takes 3 days to fill, next month call again, refill late again, asked them to fix the problem, this month, refill due on the 29, no text on the 31st, call refill not ready and late again. I have to call every month. My expectations are simple, refill ready on due date and send text to my phone. Same as every other pharmacy in the country.
