H-E-B Pharmacy, San Antonio TX

I hate that our insurance requires us to use them. They are so unorganized. They will tell us the prescription is out of refills when the bottle still shows refills. They often can't find prescriptions. They will say they can't fill it because they are too busy but when we ask to have it sent to another pharmacy thru suddenly have time. They had us full out phi forms for our detailed tax receipts but then wouldn't give them to use. I am so fed up with them. If you don't have to use them DON'T.

The staff here at this pharmacy is amazing. They are always helpful and answer any questions you have.

Always have a great service with them. Have had a few bad days but the people that know you always go out there way to help

I have been using this store and pharmacy for over 6 years and I have no complaints. The staff has always treated me respectfully. I have at times had to wait to get my prescriptions, but that can happen anywhere you go.

Dropped off prescription 45 minutes ago was told it would be 30 minutes still waiting and now itll be another 20 minutes. Should have gone to walgreens.

Still waiting.while I finished my shopping had my friend see if he could receive his shingles vaccine. 50 minutes later still waiting! Maybe you do need an appointment. Hecompleted the paperwork, saw another person get vaccinated and saw the immunizer leave the area! Hope we get out of here before my groceries are spoiled!

Awesome staff.courteous.always ask consumer if they need to speak to pharmist.text or email reminders.wonderful quick service.

I called to verify my prescriptions were ready "yes sir they are" I drive 45 minutes to come pick themup 2 hours later I'm still sitting here waiting... Not at all acceptable

Even though my doctor's office keeps sending my prescriptions to the wrong HEB, this one has always been accommodating in getting it taken care of in a timely manner.

This location is extremely customer service oriented. I have always had a pleasant experience when picking up or dropping off my prescriptions.you should definitely consider this store as your neighborhood drug store.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to, constantly late providing prescriptions; and the technician at the window thought it was funny that I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. I'm am sick of the excuses every time I go there, and I will not go there anymore; they have no ideal what customer service is.

Worst pharmacy hands down. I have had my prescription filled here multiple times in hopes that it was a fluke but clearly not. I literally go out of my way now and have my prescriptions filled at tezal rd HEB. They consistently messed up the same reoccurring prescription every single time and I have to ask for a manager and argue for 30 mins before they call the doctor to confirm that I'm right and they screwed up again.

Every time I come here for a prescription I have to dig out my insurance cards and wait forever for them to verify everything again because for some reason my information is never kept on file although we've been using this pharmacy for over a year.

They also do not call or text to let you know when your prescription is ready - a convenience I sorely miss from my old pharmacy.

I would rate no stars. I waited 30mins for them to tell me they are working on it, and I asked if they lost it, they said "yes" under there breathe, and I said ok I have to pick up my kids, they said ok. Then after an hour they told me they could not read the instructions. I could read the instructions. Just a horrible visit. Not the first time either. Was just hoping they got it all together. But still a horrible pharmacy. Drove all the way to my dr's office and they had to tell them everything over the phone. The one in BOERNE TX IS WAY BETTER
