H-E-B plus!, New Braunfels TX

High standards for cleaning and customer service. The prices are fair and overall pleasant experience

My local HEB plus has everything I need n want. They strive to bring the best to New Braunfels. I've seen change in suggestions I made to the store. Great staff, n good managers. I miss the vendors that had food to try, that made it easy to buy something different. My only complain is small carts are often not available and the two seater carts for children are just to big to haul around the large cart.

Coming from Florida, was SO much more pleased with absolutely everything about HEB over Walmart. LOVED IT AND THE AMAZING SELECTIONS!

We often travel past our neighborhood HEB to come to this one and have a look at all the things they have.

Always friendly staff and has great selections for all the foodies in your life. Also has a good assortment of Texas themed gifts and knick-knacks. Pharmacy very friendly and professional.

I absolutely LOVE this store! The H-E-B go app is amazing. I don’t have to wait in lines anymore and I can bag my own groceries. What impressed me the most is the GM department. Jon is so helpful and seems to make every effort to please the customer. He’s helped me on more than one occasion. All in all this store deserves 5 stars, if I could add more I would. Honestly I won’t shop at another store as long as this one is open.

This HEB is always busy and parking lot almost full most of the time because of the location. You'll find what you need here just be patient because of vehicles and pedestrians always moving around

The store was very nice. Kind of upset the flour tortillas machine was broken. We couldn't get some of our favorite tortillas. It's ok, the store was fabulous as usual. Hurry and fix that machine.

HEB, has everything I need. The pharmacy staff are AWESOME! They are friendly, fast and helpful. One time the pharmacist Daniel and associate stayed after closing for me as I was on my way.

The one in Selma ih35 and Roy Richards Dr. Parking sucks. And people constantly can't find their car. Also heb brand immitatoons, I really get tired of. We want the real thing

One of the busiest days of the year and not bad. Checkouts were packed but it didn't take more than 10 minutes. Three other customers with full baskets ahead of us, too. The store was well stocked considering the swarm and we found what we had on the list.

I love shopping at HEB Plus because they have everything plus more I can spend hours looking at all the wonderful things, especially in the Floral that's the best spot for me

Always convenient for me to get in and get out. Very busy and isles usually crowded; but convenient.

I loved it they had a little bit of everything it was the first time I had ever been in a HEB plus and the store was large but had a nice layout I was thinking ad busy ad they were I was going to be in the checkout forever but wasn't

It is a great store! Should get 4 stars but it is really busy all the time. Guess a lot of people like this store.

Employees are great, vegan, actually overall selection is sparse at best. HEB could learn something from Wegmans up north. Truly a world class grocer.

This is super store! When I say super store I do mean BIG. If you cant find what your looking for they probably dont sell it. Some isles may not carry every brand and size but they have most major brands and prices are comparable to the area. The staff is helpful. I recommend this store if you havent tried it.

Of course, offers everything and more. Holiday meal shopping and had fast check out due to time that I shopped. Considering the holiday, and late night shopping, the store was well stocked and the employees so very friendly and willing to help find items. Just a Great Store!

Outstanding selection of items. Especially regarding pre-prepared food if you are in a hurry or just don't feel like cooking.
