H-E-B plus!, San Antonio TX

This is my favorite big store. I find items no other like business sells. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They have a "customer - in" attitude. I get lost at times and an employee takes me in tow or provide clear directions. The deli is a frequent stopping spot. Great selections of meats and cheeses. The butcher/meat counter has excellent cut of beef. Granted, some products are a bit more expensive, but availability of diverse selections out weighs the cost factor. A great place for finding your total needs.

Wouldn’t recommend this location. Went in to purchase some groceries and those worst experience with a Cashier names Lexi. For starts she was very rude and obnoxious. No greeting and boy pleasant. She threw my groceries around causing 5 of 12 eggs to crack. Bread squashed and vegetables squashed. Very disrespectful. Worst experience ever!

Great selection. Awesome customer service. Love their produce. Will continue to go back for weekly groceries and more.

Clean store. Frie sky employees and a huge selection if all the food items you need on a daily basis. Love that items were stocked and shelves were not bare.compared to otger locations I have been to.

Love this heb plus. Not only do they carry a ton of stuff but a ton of variety too. Their vegan products save me so much time cuz I can get it all in one spot. Plus, tons of ppl are working always, every lane almost open. Tons of ppl on the floor to answer questions and the management is on top of everything

This is my usual HEB but after my last visit, I won't return. I am disabled and was treated horrible by the cashier and the person bagging my groceries. I was not even asked if I needed help out which always is a question I am asked. The girl just bagged them left them on the counter and nasty walked away. Heb lost my business!

I'll yell you this, the garden center here is better than Rainbow Gardens. Before you buy any plants at Lowes Home Depot or a garden center come here first. It's amazing.

Very clean, the cashiers were really fast and there was no line it's a super market I found everything I needed to get I have never had a product that is either spoiled or damaged.

They have so much variety of foods especially vegan which is usually hard for me to find all in one store. Plus discounts

It never fails everytime I go to this HEB I always have an employee that's giving me a attitude or being very rude. Can't stand the employees at this HEB

Their Deli department sucks. You have a choice between grilled chicken and pizza. Their so called boracho beans are like soup. Their mac&cheese is like a clump of glue.the corn tortillas they serve you with your chicken falls apart into crumbs. No potatoe salad. But I will say their grilled chicken and their prices are very good. The other HEB's have great deli's. Huge assortment of foods to choose from. I wish their Management (from 1604 and Bandera) would taste the sides from their Deli. Gross. Someone needs to look into it.

This is the best H‑E‑B I have been to. Full of high diversity products and friendly staff. It can get crowded but nothing too bad

Looove this place! It has EVERYTHING!
It really is my one stop shop for food, office supplies, stuff for the house, I even picked up a couple of closet pieces.
My one stop shop used to be Wal-Mart but the environment just brought down my mood. H·E·B is always very friendly, helpful, and they take pride in their work. I'm now a forever customer
