H-E-B plus!, Burleson TX

I drive from Arlington. Today I called ahead to make sure the poinsettias that were on special were available in the number I needed. The floral department was so kind to hold me the few I needed for the 45 minutes until I could get there.

I loved HEB, you can find anything you need. But today 03/28/2018 I had a very bad experience, I told the cashier that I need a package of cigarette, he told me that they where out of this brand. So, when I paid I pass by the front glass vitrine and seen the cigarettes I had asked for. I felt so bad, because he lied to me. They always have gone out of thier way to get what I need and always very nicely about it but not today. It's not necessary to lie. It would have been better if he had told me that he was tired or he didn't want to go and get what I needed. I am very disappointed. By the way the cigarette was for my husband.
