I have been calling there for over a week attempting to get in touch with someone from transportation. Their system automatically hangs up on you when you say “transportation”.

If you have items in your trailer belonging to you when you are delivering there you better get them out does the lumpers there will steal it not a good way to go into!

The gate security guard was rude and yelled at everyone. They have construction and the rent-a-cops think they are god. Crumby place to deliver. I hope I ne er get sent back.

Rude employees. Security at the front gate is very unprofessional. Office messed up on appointment times, and changed the appointment time without notifying our company. Original appointment time 13: 00 12-26-20, changed appointment time to 07: 00 12-26-20. The same little girl that was at the front gate yesterday when I got here, was there this morning, and not very helpful. I didn't know that they changed the entry gate for meat loads to east gate, and she was flustered when I asked her where it was. I'm glad that they aren't armed. It's been a couple of years since I've been here, and it's just like it was then. It's just like any other big box retailer DC.

First of all the warehouse for the frozen department parking is the worst. Ive seen drivers trying to back into the dock with a lot of trouble. There is no space if you have a truck next to you. Also they take forever to unload. Then they take longer to give the paperwork. No food for the drivers that have to wait for hours till they get unloaded. So make sure you pack your lunch if not you’ll be starving. Receiving office are rude. Looks like they need to find a job that they like. Sorry I’m not trying to be ugly but it’s the truth.

Check-in, park on the street and wait for the call. Second time delivering here and get the door 2 hours after my appt time.

First time here, an hour early but got a door right away. A little tight on the frozen docks but not terrible.

11/20/2020: OTR truckers, delivery address is 5641 business park way, East Gate for meat loads, not sure other kinds of loads if the same address. Dock is tight, might need a spotter.

7 pm delivery appt while I wait on the line for 1: 45 minutes appt was missed they told me I have to reschedule it

Place is super tight and very hard to back into.
They take there time in unloading you. Be ready to wait a long time. I dont understand how these place are so big but small and tight doors to back into. This place is a joke.

Really bad place for meat deliveries came at 2 app at 7 they called me at 13: 00 them 3 hour in the dock and they say we can't get your load because we don't have the right equipment also they send you to park out side and them the police came making tickets to every body is not respect for truck drivers in this place.

Hey supervisors that are working at this heb warehouse. I dont think you should be telling people how to dress or telling people to flip over there shirts it's just a regular shirt. You should let them wear what ever they like to wear. I just want to make a complaint. I wanted to say let people use their phones during break or even on the floor because it's not dangerous using the phone even on their breaks. Other jobs do that so it's not bad for having their phone out on break.

Bring your self some food and water because you will be stuck here till the second coming of christ no joke. Super tight space to park into the docks as well. I wouldn't even bother.

I WAS A FORKLIFT DRIVER AND I WOULD UNLOAD IN 20 MINUITS PER TRAILER 25 MINUITS TOPS. CANT WAIT FOR ROBOTS TO REPLACE THESE PEOPLE IN THE WAREHOUSE. BEYOND BELIEF WHAT THESE PEOPLE TAKE TO UNLOAD YOU.

From the terrible reviews prior to my arrival I was leery of coming here. However, they were able to unload me within a decent amount of time since they had to count product as they unloaded it. Keep in mind, come here with a decent amount of time left on your 14 and you'll be alright. Treat the office personnel with respect and you'll get it.
