Got in and out pretty good, but no parking on street outside facility.and that's what they mean. I got a $300 parking ticket, which I had to pay. Don't come too early for your appointment thinking you are going to get in.

Lacan said very amazing fast working people get you unloaded and down the road you go to catch that other load and make that money

Tight trailer docking, and could not check in early, had to find a parking spot outside of facilities.
There is a small area to park up the street from the Circle K. 6020 Rittiman Rd.

Sent me to three different places. Miles apart. Gave me a door that was already occupied. Crazy busy yard with tight backing. They do have a staging area, so that's something.

This place is a joke. I came 2 hours early and Mexican girl in guard check made me leave and come back in 15 min. When i came back there were 200 trucks ahead of me. Its very slow place do not come here at all. THIS PLACE IS GONNA HOLD YOU AT LEAST 5 HOURS.

The bad reviews are true. Been here 2 times and both times 8 hours to unload. The 5 star reviews are fake accounts.

Arrived at 8am for 9am appointment.got door at 9.paperwork by 1030am out the gate by 1045am! Not bad experience after reading the reviews prior my arrival here.

Not too bad, alot of trucks already in staging area at 8: 30 am. Parked After checking in they walk up and knock on trucks to bring you in. Congestion at docks, many h.e. B trucks mixed in and dropped trailers hindering docking space. Had to wait for other trucks to dock while local trucks zoom past and caused extra traffic. The lumpers here are pretty good at getting you out been twice with no problem with them. Entrance is way down street and gps does not recognize it had to u turn from other entrance that i went to first.

Reading the reviews, I was concern about the delivery at HEB, well it was quick and smooth
They took me early then my appointment and they unloaded me in 1 hour. Maybe lucky?

Unprofessional the gate guy and security personnel are run by little crying babys armed with guns and fake badges.

I don’t know how to remove this one star too if I could I definitely will. Bcos they don’t know how to appoint any employee especially the main door security the old white lady who don’t know there is a word “respect” is also exist in this world and we use this in our daily life. According to me she didn’t live in this world where we have right to talk and explain anything.she didn’t give me a chance to say “please listen me only 20 second”. And it was not only one time it heppened two different times. I don’t know how to complaint about this all.what if I knew that I never leave her on this duty.i strongly recommend to H. E. B. They Should take action and watch the CC TV Recording so they can get proof of this comment.
