H2O Car Wash, Austin TX

I am extremely annoyed with my experience. I dropped off my vehicle for a wash and interior detail about a week ago on a Saturday afternoon. I feel this was completed in a satisfactory time and they did a very good job. When I went to pay, there was noone in the office so I had to look for someone to help me. Someone closed me out but there was no option on the screen to leave a tip. I thought I could just add it on the receipt but there was no spot. I had felt alarmed as I didn't want to leave without tipping but I never carry cash. The rep went to look for the man who worked on my car to give me my keys back.

This man asked to see my receipt before giving me the keys. He then asked me if I left a tip in the office. I explained I wasn't given the option and there was nowhere to write it in. He then asked me if I had cash or Venmo. I was shocked he would be so aggressive. He reminded me that they worked very hard on cleaning my car. I told him I had Venmo and he left to get a Venmo to send it to. When he came back, he said I could send it when I was ready. He stood there next to me watching me send it. Once I confirmed it was done, he then asked me how much I tipped! I was so disgusted by his rude behavior. This was at the Manchaca location. His Venmo is Rocio Ramirez. I will never go back to this location. Even when I got my car, it was extremely difficult pulling out of the parking lot as there was no clear exit. Yes, the job was done well but I am disgusted with his customer service. I would like a manager to reach out to me.

Don't goto h20 hand car wash on Ben White and manchaca the managers don't know how'd run a car wash right they can't give nobody no raises

I'm specter a better result. I go to other place to finish my truck. It was too expensive for the result

I called them ahead and talked about the packages. I've taken exterior hand wash with hand wax on both interior and exterior. The car had lots of wax patches all over the car and had to call them again to get it fixed. On the interior, they waxed it unevenly. There's lots of wax on some parts that you could feel it easily. Overall, it is an average service. Also when I went to collect the car, there were a few chip marks on the car which I never saw because it's a brand new car. The marks felt like someone accidentally scratched the paint since I could see the metal directly beneath the paint.

My first time here. Unfortunately, I wasted $220 dollars. Vacuum wasn’t completed, dash still completely dirty, overall dirt and dust still throughout. Absolutely zero attention to detail which is what I thought I was paying for. Should have just taken my car for a normal wash and vacuum for about $45. Do not waste money here on a “detail”. Learned my lesson in a very expensive way.

H2O did a fantastic job on the full detail of our 2013 Rubicon today. She was extra grungy after years of being parked outside, and the guys did a great job of bringing her back to life. We got the detail done just in time for our daughter’s 16th birthday and she will drive to school looking tough in her spotless Jeep next week. Thanks to H2O for another job well done. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast and thorough.

If you're just going for an exterior car wash this place is great for for the price for 20 bucks for a hand wash it's really hard to turn your nose up at if you get other services that price will go up drastically

My car was really filthy to begin with and sparkling clean when they were done with it! It looks brand new again! I will definitely be coming back!

I could not use it. It’s a homeless camp. So sorry for the owners of a business who is probably paying taxes to operate.

They have unreliable hours and leave the car a bit disheveled and hard to put parts back together after a detail, but its very clean.

They don't clean interiors well, even though I requested the luxury package ($50)
I have to request 2 times to them to clean the interiors and my car was still really dirty in the inside (cup holders, dashboard, rugs, seats, etc)
I have to leave because was in a hurry. I'll never use this carwash again

This is the second H2O wash location I've been to and they were both excellent. Considering the attention to detail and quality of service the price is definitely fair.

Paid for the Deluxe Detail and it was worth every penny. Exterior looks great, but the interior is where the service really shines. Feels brand new again.

I got the executive wash that's supposed to include an interior clean including console, interior seats and doors etc. The photos speak for themselves.

They did a great job on my car detail for my Range Rover. One problem though is that they forgot to put my carpets/mats back in my vehicle. I was able to get them on the phone (after some effort) and they have the mats waiting for me and were patient enough to confirm all the details with me. Really appreciate the customer service
