115p Wednesday afternoon. Lights on no one here. No sign regarding clerk stepped out. Waited 15mins and left.

The guy working there whistles at the young ladies working there very rudely as if they are dogs! The ladies are working and doing their jobs. I can't imagine having someone whistle at me to do stuff! It really made everything awkward. No one should take that treatment. This is located at the north star mall.

Gabby R.is THE BEST! She is so kind and patient. What a hard worker! The ice cream was great but she is by far the best employee ever!

I really enjoy the raspberry sorbet with pecans and whipped cream. They are always so nice and will make it for me that way!

Only 5 stars for these girls named izzy and Carly who are working there. Best employees ever. Manager was all right, but Izzy and Carly really were the sweetest girls ever. Izzy made me the BEST milkshake ever. (Coffee with caramel) Carly recommended it because I couldn’t make up my mind. Manager can learn a lot from them

I went specifically for a chocolate shake and was not disappointed. The employees were nice. I let my toddler pay and the employee was really patient and professional.

To start, the manager is really unfriendly. Then you'll notice signs saying we're proud to not be owned by any franchise which is odd. I ordered a sundae with raspberry ice cream. The fault on my part was not saying "white chocolate raspberry ice cream" apperanlty because I was given a sundae with sour raspberry sherbert/smoothie. I went up and said hey I think mine was made with raspberry smoothie not ice cream. And he just stated at me blankly so I said "I meant the raspberry white chocolate ice cream" and he said "that's not what you said, some people ordered that. " I replied "I've never heard of anyone ordering a Sunday with toppings and smoothie/sorbet" he starts rebuttals something when I just give up and walk away.looking at these reviews you may just wanna go to Marble Slab down the aisle

They were out of the raspberry so I had to get strawberry. Sign clearly says take a picture for 1.00 off but I had to do this review to get that. For $7 and some change I might not get this again. It does taste good

This place gave me a bad upset stomach soon after I ate from here that I had to go to the hospital and we found out it was food poisoning. If I could go below 1 Star I would, so just don’t eat here at all. Save your health.

Male employee/manager is very rude. He doesn't bother to get up from his chair to help out till he is approached. Very unpleasant personality. He has female employee doing everything as he does the bare minimum.
Will not be coming back.

Great ice cream. A worker there Izzy, she was so great.she got our order perfectly and was so nice about it.

Place was very disgusting and revolting. I have a friend that used to work there and it so disgusting and riddled with mold and roaches that she quit. Very dirty. Would not recommend.

Very dissapointed with the pricing. The menu says a regular icecream is 6 and the waffle bowl add on is 83 cents. Cool. It comes out to 10 dollars at register? Idk how that adds up but I just forked it over. Pricing needs to be made more clear.

The place is disgusting. If I could I would give it zero stars. Very unsanitary, would not recommend coming here.

Yo so I was at this ice cream store and basically I was trying to order a cookies and cream milk shake from this short haired guy and the other worker who was making my order had stepped on a roach trying to act “natural” and that made me question of cleanliness of a 100% score clean restaurant that has roaches because the equipment they used could’ve been contaminated by the roaches and possibly any of the ice cream aswell I’m hoping to see an improvement in the haagen daz franchise because right now the store is doing bad with roaches and hopefully the store gets rechecked of the cleanliness - Han

Horrible service and the man that looked like a manager, an older looking man.had the place looking dirty and unsanitary. I saw a dead bug on the counter. Anyway the service was awful and I was very disappointed.

Update: When I went to the shop it was some recent Saturday in the afternoon. No women named “Dawn” served me, it was an elderly man that took my order. How dare you accuse me of “transphobia” this is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I will have you know that in 2016 I came out to my family and friends as transgender (FTM) and the experience was terrifying in fear of losing the ones I love. So for you to come out here and accuse me of such hurtful and illogical claims is not going to go unnoticed I will make sure North Stars management knows of this.

Haagen daz is the best icecream/ smoothie shop there is, Especially there best worker there jaelyn always working hard, smiling and great costumer service. I would give 10 stars if i could.the mango sorbet is the bomb!

Great ice cream! Enrique was super polite and helpful & they are very clean & sanitary!
