It is always so beyond absolutely HOT in this building at night.there is no reason for me to profusely sweat laying on my bed.the thermostat does not go below 70° which is just stupid to begin with and may not seem THAT bad.however i am positive it is at least 87° in my room right now.we boiling tonight.

Loved to location. Very convenient to run and go get food at the dining hall or at Starbucks or even to run just across the street to North Gate for some food too. The room was a great size and was always nice a cool

Rooms are huge compared to most dorms as well as individual bathrooms for each room. Only down side is that there are no elevators, so good luck moving in/out on the fourth floor.

I was an RA in HAAS this past year. It definitely has a dormy feel and it’s very safe. Our staff tries really hard to build community and make residents feel at home. It’s right next to a basketball/volleyball court, Starbucks, and Sbisa/Underground, so you never have to travel far to get what you need. The rooms are spacious, but of course, are not brand new, so they may have a few quirks. Most things can be fixed through AggieWorks though.

The AC units have mold on the inside of them. I had to keep my AC off when I stayed there because every time I turned it on I would get allergies/sick. Some of the Study carols are in bad condition and it doesn't have the strong sense of community that one looks for in dorm life.
