Food was edible but not great. The server seemed lost and the dining room was just plain boring!

Came here for lunch. I ordered tofu rolls. The rolls were good. They have a few selections of beers and cocktails. The service was great as well. The place felt a little outdated.

My friends and I came here to eat on November 6 and my total came out to $61 but the next day my account shows that I’ve been wrongfully charged $10 extra of tip without my consent. I called in hopes that they would fix this error and instead the lady on the phone said that i should just tell my friend to give me my money back. Very bad service and very rude to customers who are seeking help in regards to being charged more than what the receipt said.

Awful sushi, it legit did not taste good. I would go with HEB sushi over this place. The rolls were awful, me and my friend were like why didnt we just grab HEB sushi over this. We had the lunch special dynamite + crunch roll + Crawfish roll and it was all gross, we didnt even finish the sushi.

Also, it smelled like bleach in the restaurant, like the ones where you leaving rags in bleached water buckets.

Japanese food is great, clear soup and spicy mayo and chicken Teriyaki is delicious! Great place to bring the family and the owner is very friendly!

Excellent little sushi restaurant. The server was friendly and pleasant and provided an excellent experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, with nice decor that manages to be Asian without being a tired stereotype. As for the food, I was very impressed with everything that we ordered. The sushi tasted fresh, was well-rolled and sturdy (didn't fall apart on the chopsticks) and the portions were just right. Very well pleased, I'll be returning.

We love coming here for our meetings! The food is delicious and everyone is very friendly. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Place was really cute and atmosphere was nice, but we waited for 10 minutes but no one came to take our orders. I'd chalk that up to short staff, but then two new people came in and were waited on almost instantly (which adds insult to injury given the fact that they were sat next to us), I knew this place was bad. Disappointed. And a shame, too, because we always order drinks, appetizers, multiple rolls and dishes and place orders to go (and we tip well! In cash, to boot!) Oh well. The next restaurant will get our cash!

Ordered food on the phone and asked if they could substitute two things in a roll that I didn’t like. They said they could and never told me that each substitution would be an extra 2 dollars, on top of the original price. The only reason they get two stars is because the food was ok, not great. Wouldn’t go back.

We met with my son and his wife. They were surprised how good the sushi was. I enjoyed my salmon teriyaki a my husband really liked his beef teriyaki.

Chad or Chance was a fantastic you should give that man a raise or make him manager. Very good communication skills.

If you're dining in, amazing experience can't say enough good things. If you're trying to get takeout? Don't rely on the website.
Person says "they have no website" when you ask for menu items. Keeps trying to upsell you away from what you're asking for and won't transfer you to someone who might actually understand you. So now I can only come here on my days off instead of using them for lunch breaks.

Worst sushi place I’ve been in Austin. I practically gagged on the tuna nigiri, but their soup was good.
The chicken teriyaki was okay.

Very delicious! $12 lunch special for 2 sushi rolls, soup, and salad was a really good deal!

We had a couple of okay rolls, but overall, pretty disappointing. The sushi was very wet, and overall, largely flavorless. Adding eel sauce or soy sauce did very little to improve it, as somehow those were also kind of flavorless.

On the plus side, they have good miso soup, but that’s not a particularly high accomplishment.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The food was absolutely awful & the wait was ridiculously long. I was super excited for my food, but everything was just so bad? The salmon skin roll was absolutely gross & tasted SO fishy (-5/10). The salmon roll was okay, maybe like 2/10 because it was edible. The agedashi tofu was terribly made and so haphazardly thrown together. I feel like they were rushed/busy and that’s why the quality of the food was so awful. Do not recommend to anyone who has taste buds.

I wish I could say that the price to sushi ratio was worth it, but you could not pay me to eat here again.

This place is a hidden gem! They have some delicious sushi. Especially their snow crab roll! The harimaki is spot on. & their cucumber martinis are very refreshing! We like the spicy mayo too. We enjoyed this place so much our first time around that we went back the following week! Not just because of the food, but because the staff is friendly. Chance is very personable & provides good customer service! We love this place & will definitely keep going back.

The food was good, but not fantastic. Ordered the vegetable Yakisoba, which lacked any strong flavors but was otherwise fine. Shared a sushi/sashimi combo with my partner, which was a good quantity with decent variety.

However, the service felt like they were forcing a smile while at breaking point. Host was dismissive and rude seating us and the waitress's smile left her face a second after turning away. The atmosphere felt anxious the whole time.
