The wigs at this store are marvelous! And the girls that work here are super patient and helpful. I love that the cashier welcomes everyone in the store it gives a wholesome feeling! The music is always so upbeat:)

I love hair city! The manager is super sweet and always welcomes you in with a smile. They have a variety of everything. The girls in the back are patient when one goes looking for wigs. They also have a reward system where you earn discounts

Young girl with her ear pods rude! Owner didn't even greet or help me! All the wigs displayed were matted up and nappy looking.
So tired of the treatment at places like this.

I bought 4 PACKS OF BEADS FOR MY DAUGHTERS HAIR And with in days They started popping off never have i ever bought beads and they just break in half and break off like that waste of money butttttt the store is really nice and they have a great selection of items

This is my go to place for sure … staff helps me step out of my comfort zone and try new colors every time I come and they are never wrong. They are always patient, helpful, and understanding. Prices are reasonable and options are endless. I highly recommend this store

Staff at this store were very helpful and polite. First, I was greeted upon entry which automatically sets the tone right away. With that said, I was able to find a particular product (Freetress Clean Therapy) that I wasn’t able to find on my side of town. When I went to checkout at the register, the very nice gentleman behind the counter also signed me up for their rewards system. Huge selection and great prices. Will definitely return!

It might may be under new management if not it certainly feels like it, really nice set up and super friendly staff I had a great experience and will be returning

I recent came back to buy a wig that was on budget, human hair wig, with ocean waves but after a week or two it started acting a like a synthetic wig. I'm not sure if it was labeled wrong or something but I'll buy another wig but carefully.

I literally just bought 3 bags of hair from this place 4 hrs ago. A frequent shopper at that, I ended up not using the hair.but I was refused a refund for the bags of hair due to COVID. Like I was just in the store. What’s the difference of somebody coming in and touching the bags of hair hand after the hand TOUCHING THE MERCHANDISE. I could under stand if it was days later or even clothes. If it’s closed packages hair same day return. I should have been provided a refund. I can exchange my other things that’s mailed. I will not be returning.

Always a good experience when I go here. Friendly and I'm always asked if I need help with anything and most of the time I do.

Arrived at the store at least 3 to 2 mins b4 closing and to my surprise they were still open! China was there to greet.she was very pleasant and ready to assist (even tho I came in just minutes b4 closing). The store was very clean and it has a lot of varieties of different products. I was able to find what I was looking for (after I went to plenty of stores.thank God. I was tired of running around). Jimmy took care of me at the cash register. He was also pleasant AND on top of that he made sure I was taking care of! Thanks for the wonderful service. I will be back!
