They do alright hair. What bothers me is that they forget your appointments like they did with me today and are always late to your appointments.

Went to see Mercedes for a dye and cut. Said it would be a long day. She was right but the end result was GREAT! I didn't even get to the counter to pay and the customers waiting were amazed at what she did. Even had a customer ask to touch my hair. That customer pretty much decided she wanted the same. I don't know if she made the appointment but I wouldn't be at all surprised if she did. Mercedes is wonderful! She gives a detailed explanation of what she is doing and how she sees the end product before she is finished. Her work is phenomenal. I highly recommend her and truly appreciate the work she does. Not to mention she gives you a 7 day guarantee on her work.love that!

I needed a last minute trim before going to a wedding, and I chose Hair Concepts because it was the only place open after I got off of work. I am extremely happy with my cut- it looks clean and professional for a very reasonable price. I will be returning to maintain my hair on a regular basis.

I like taking my daughters to Hair Concepts to get their hair done. The ladies are all so sweet and friendly and my girls really love Mercedes.

Every time I go here they do a great job. Always ask a lot of questions about what you want. Definitely recommend.

I made an appointment for 8: 30 I waited 30 minutes the lady never showed I walked out I was so excited to get my hair done it was my birthday never going there again

The stylists here are very talented and possess great customer service skills. The owner Ruth does a wonderful job each time with both my son and I. They also do very well with color and perms. I have found my salon!

Loved the way my hair turned out. Mercedes is very professional in how she talks to you in regards to your hair type. I showed her a picture of how I kinda wanted my hair to look like and she did an AWESOME JOB!

I'm completely in love with this place! They are always very friendly and do such an amazing job. I've been coming here for year they cut my daughters hair and my own. The ladies all have great hands my FAVORITE is Mercedes. She always remembers my hair type she ALWAYS go up and above for service. I recommend this place to anyone

Do not go there. Wow! I have been going for over 2 years and my hairstylist, Mercedes, who has been giving me the run around for the past 3 months finally fessed up and said she decided she won't do my hair anymore because of a miscommunication, I was confused about a bayolage touch up service, and even though I apologized after she cleared it up with me, she is still being rude, saying she feels uncomfortable & won't do my hair! I agreed to pay what she was asking, still no service. Unbelievable! At least be up front and professional and not keep saying you're busy for months and avoiding me. Whatever, her loss, I am making way more money now, I would've paid more than what she was asking, and given a nice tip. Time to find another salon!

Mercedes and Veronica both do a great job when it comes to hair. My daughter and I both get our hair done here and have been coming here for the last 4 years awesome service awesome work love my new hairdo every time.

I love getting my hair cut and colored at this salon. Very warm welcoming from the employees and before i show up for my appointment they always call me to double check, reconfirm, and as a reminder about my appointment. I recommend everyone to go here if you want your hair colored or cut, right and ect. Never thought i would find a salon where they can be honest and respecful to all there customers keep up the good work Hair Concepts

Just came n got my girlfriend hair did n cane to get a fresh fade defff coming back i loved how it came out at last they will be expecting me soon

Wish I could give a better review, but I asked for bangs and received half of my hair cut to about two inches, while the rest was left alone. It looks like I have a mullet, and many people have noticed that. Thanks a lot.

Horrible. The person that was to cut my hair had left to pick her daughter up from somewhere. No problem, if you call and let me know and we can reset the time. I waited over 45 minutes and she never showed. Nor did anyone call her. I loved the hair cut she gave me and liked her, even though I am not crazy about the salon.

I first went here 4 years ago and have never gone anywhere else since. The environment is pleasing, the staff is very welcoming and in the end you feel like family. They don't just cut your hair they go further, by giving you advice on how to take care of your hair, how to help it get healthy after bleaching it. I guess what I'm trying to say if they had shown me how much they care.

I have been coming here for 4 years, Veronica has been doing my hair, coming from Ga. I showed her a picture of how I liked my hair color and she nailed it exactly how I wanted. She listens to what you want. You won't be disappointed!

Too bad the hours of operations are just for show.too bad because this place does good work but when you can never catch them on what's the point

I took my son in on Memorial day weekend. Showed them a picture and they did an awesome job with his hair. We will be returning! BTW.they did an awesome job with him too as he has Autism.
