I’m enrolled in the mindful hearts course by Haleh Banani and I love it, I’m benefitting immensely from this course and my relationships are getting better, I feel elated emotionally. If you want to have a improved version of yourself or to get better in relationships around you this is definitely the course to go with.

We had a wonderful and fruitful experience with Sr. Haleh! I and my wife became happier from the first few sessions! What I really admire about her that she is able to understand the personalities of people very fast and address their emotional needs from their partners. Then she bridges back the missing connection in a smart way and short time. May Allah bless her and her family.

Sister Haleh is probably one of the most genuine and inspiring person I have ever met. She is non-judgmental, caring, warm and most importantly effective at what she does. She listens to every single detail, highly emphatic to any stories or issues I may share, gives out good advice and helps me with my weaknesses. I have never been more positive and optimistic in my whole life after completing her session. She always has a solution to every problem I give her and I feel that her therapy methods are very effective. I also feel that I have benefited a lot even from the first session and I kept on getting better and after only 5 sessions I feel that I have improved tremendously and I feel like a brand new person. I also joined the weekly Mindful Hearts session with sister Haleh and that has helped me in improving myself too. Alhamdulillah. Allah has certainly blessed her with a gift of helping people. I was having a hard time to be the best version of myself. I was looking for a mentor who would guide me to be what I want to be for the sake of Allah. After starting to do this course with sister haleh, I found myself more calm than before which is having a profound impact on my relationship with my kids and spouse!
