Hallmark Car Wash, Baytown TX

This place is trash! My first time ever coming here and it took 2hrs. I expected a wait but seeing other cars that I was here before get taken care of passing me up.

I went get my car washed and inside cleaned and they took trash n put it in my console and widows was dirty and mirrors was dirty and I paid for VIP

The last time I visited this car wash business (2 weeks ago) it was the best service I have received from them thus far. I felt a difference in the atmosphere, also seen new faces (younger and energetic crew with great customer service skills) Thank you for your clean and quick car wash. I will be returning!

It was an absolute waste of money i can’t believe they left my car like this after a “ detailing “ also no one ever let me know when the vehicle was ready while i was in their waiting hall for some reason

When they vacuumed my car you couldn’t even tell. There is clearly obvious dirty and dust left on the interior where they didn’t even wipe it down. This place use to do a good job. Now they spend maybe 2 minutes on the interior and call it good. Very disappointed.

Absolute worst customer service ever! And trust me they do NOT care! My car was still covered in bugs so i went back by to be told you have to pay extra for that. Why? I spent $23.99 plus a $5 tip and my car-is still dirty! Will never go back. And my grill is broken? ! Come on. How are they still in business?

Pulled in, no one in line. I ask the attendant if they vacuum the back of hatch back and she replied, sure just pop the hatch. I walk in to pay and sit down, there comes my car through the wash. I thought to myself that was fast but since there was no one in line a assumed that 2 people did the vacuum real fast. Got home to pack my car, popped the back hatch and it had not even been vacuumed at all. Immediately i took pictures and called only to get voice mail. I left a message with my phone number and no response.

I just stopped by to find out a few things at this Carwash so I can't give a detailed opinion. But I was able to observe that it has a great service because it is seen that its workers do an excellent cleaning job and that is important since the heart of every carwash is its employees.
The only detail or recommendation that your manager should take into account in these hot and sunny times is to consider placing a roof in the area where your employees detail the cars, Some canvas roofs or awnings but something that covers that area so that they can do their work in acceptable conditions and less perishable.

So my wife was so excited to tell me she took the used car we just got to be detailed.
She paid 110$ and waited for 3 hours, not being told how long it would take when they started.
I went into the car to check it out and instantly started noticing the car was visibly wet everywhere.
I took the seat covers off that they had put back on and you could see water still all over the seats. Completely soaked.
I began lifting the rubber floor mats only to discover water was all over the bottom. The seats, the floor, completely wet.
I now have all of the windows down because they are closed and i pray it dries before it starts to mildew.
I reccomend you go somewhere else. I highly doubt they will acknowle this post and laugh at the thought of them sending a refund. 0 stars.

This place used to be good but it seems management doesn't know anything about customer service or service with a smile, wasn't worth the money my truck was still dirty n they didn't respect my belongings inside my vehicle either never going again everyone should just go down the road to the next carwash or do it urself cause this place is the worst. To bad u can't put negative stars

Me: oh and y'all will vacuum the inside?
Them: "yeah yeah that's included "
Also Them: dosn't vacuum the entire empty back part of my car that's covered in dog hair.

I paid for a hand wash and boy did they decide to not clean the top of my vehicle. And it isn’t even a tall one. The lady they had was older than I would have liked cleaning my car. She looked like she was going to have a heat stroke.but she did all she could do by herself while they had the young guys vacuuming.

I just had my car washed there. They didn’t vacuum the seats at all or the carpet. When I went it wasn’t busy. I was the only person there for about 10 minutes. They wiped the screen for my radio and my windows. This used to be a great place to go. Nobody was rude or anything like that but I’m definitely displeased with how it turned out.

I had a horrible experience I was parked right behind a white BMW the BMW was cleaned out and sent out before me and I was parked way in the back I ask for the manager spoke to Noel and he refused to send somebody out there and he kept saying he was going to and I move my car we’re all the workers were and then he made me move it he kept saying that so I was blocking him I wasn’t even blocking the driveway finally made me move to the front and I’m still here waiting horrible horrible experience

Not worth $45 they said it included interior but an hour later it didn’t even look like they touched the inside they didn’t even wipe out the cup holders or dash
