Hal's Hobby Warehouse, El Paso TX

Got to stop in last Friday for the first time. This place is cool with a lot of old school RC eye candy and a lot of new inventory.

Massive leak under the salad bar. Water everywhere. Told a waitress who remarked "there's cones there. That's all we're legally obligated to do. Anyone slips, it's their fault" no slip mats. Didn't mop up until someone else complained. That water was most likely there all morning as big as that water puddle was: bigger than the salad bar and under 2 tables of 6 chairs.
Managers need pride in their store

Sometimes you get five star customer service. Unfortunately on other occasions one star is all you get.

They have everything you need here. I went for HO scale trains. They have an incredible selection of locos and rolling stock rails and tools for just about everything you’d need for model railroading.a lot of N scale too and bigger scales. A lot of rc cars and planes and model cars projects too. It’s an awesome place this is my new go to place!

This store is awesome, I had never been here before but they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was extremely knowledgeable of any questions I had, definitely returning.

If you know then you know. The last frontier for hobby enthusiasts for R/C cars, planes, models, and trains. This place has everything or can get you anything. Have spent a lot of money here and tore some things up here too, but was fun. They have an outdoor on road R/C track, and an Off-Road Dirt track with stand and everything. Come out and give some of those hard earned dollars up to keep this place going. Is a dying hobby but I love it.

The staff were very obviously passionate about their business, and they were very kind. The store has a wide selection of models and materials, and their prices are fairly appropriate.

Had what my Dad wanted. Guy was rude until my friend said something. Acted like we were an imposition.
