Hamigua's Asian Fusion reviews
6I got takeout and the chicken in my General Tso dish was very stringy and I could not eat it.
The food is okay but the staff is VERY RUDE even through the drive thru! I will NEVER give them my time or money!
Once again this is not usual for me as I consider my self to be a fairly easy to please kind of person but on my last trip to this establishment and after asking gor a slight consideration regarding a dish my wife wanted that they had made before I simply explained that my wife does not do hot and or spicy in any way but she loved the shrimp with Singapore noodles or stick noodles which I ordered requesting e-z on the hot n spicy and if possible ez on the oil and at that point I was asked to order a different dish so I told him I would have my wife call and when she attempted to call she got no answer so I went to the window assuming they were busy and asked if they could make the order and I was told that my wife has a problem and they will not make a dish simply to accommodate one person at which time my wife said over the phone (connected to car speakers) could they please make 2 orders the way they made it before and she would just strain off the excess oil at which time the "gentleman " said that there are 2 other Chinese restaurants in the area just go to one of them and slammed the window in my face and walked off.now I could understand completely if they advertised that a dish was made one way and one way only like it or not but nothing has ever been an issue before but for sure in business they say the customer is always right and they need to work on their customer service or let folks know exactly what they offer as apposed to being out and outright rude to a fairly regular customer.
I really like this place. Its a little hidden gem. Food is very good.
The food is good & different than other Asian food in the surrounding areas but the problem I have is the staff. A rude attitude is common. They use to have dine in but don't anymore. When you place a order over the phone for pickup you have to give your card info before hand. Being established customer for years doesn't mean anything here. I don't want to go back because of the treatment I got last time I picked up my order.
