Judge Whitfield has been instrumental on my child’s recovery. My child is wanting to share, wanting to get help, and that’s all thanks Judge. He has connected with my child and is helping him grow in the next steps of teenage years. I am so blessed that i was able to find the right help for my child.

I submitted a new applicant intake form online a week ago to date. I still have yet to hear from them with so many counselors. They just seem so overwhelmed unable to take a phone call or to even follow up. I don’t even know if I want the managing my psyche better yet my family relationships that can’t even manage a phone call and each time they tell you they gonna call you back. They failed to do that. I’m so sick of these black representations in the medical field doing us bad.

Judd Whitfeild not only lied on me in from of my son, his from me in the back right after my son's appointment, stating he didn have time to deal w me, bad mouthed me on paperwork stating "how not to handle confrontation" when I solely asked if he specialized in parental alienation. Rude, doesn't reply to e mails even had Dr Cheryl Hamilton on 3 way e mails trying to straighten his elusive rude behavior tactics out when he stated he would rather me talk to the licencing board.
Walked in w abusive parent, showed them birth certificate, DL court papers and they still ignored me. Turns out they were protecting abusive gf of the abusive parent and even altered paperwork to cover up. Cult like behaviour. 6 months of what I felt like is one sided brain washing illegal intake wout ANY parent present or written consent and are well aware of all this with no care in the world. Lawsuit coming soon. They kept concerned mother away and let abuse continue and are well aware! Do NOT take your kids to a counselor that can't handle factual questions, ignore sexual abuse, and doesn't even know about the drug problem, abuse, how to communicate to have anything to do w guiding your children. Even apologize after him being offended about my question of if this was in his scope of practice saying if I'm out of line to let me know he couldn't even do that much neither would Cheryl Hamilton the owner she discontinued counseling and only told the abusive father but neglected to tell me knowing I stated clearly that the father was looking for any reason to keep him out of the counseling and to please get them better suited for a counselor but they definitely altered paperwork check Dallas court records for further validation do not send your kids here or anyone waste of money waste of time brainwashing children as far as I can see. Told my son to tell me I need to get my own counselor when I tried to meet with him before the meeting 9 weeks in because of the abusive father would not allow me in there for his own personal reasons that the oblivious wannabe counselor. Judd Whitfield not only doyou need to call yourself a counselor you're going to be charged with child abuse, neglect and everything else you went out of your way to ignore!

Very friendly staff and definitely a judge free zone.
Cheryl Hamilton is great with my son. He enjoys coming to his sessions and I’m glad for that. The parent group sessions are great also and provide much needed support especially for single parents. I would definitely recommend them without a doubt!

I called 2 different times and both times i was only able to leave a message. Left messages both times requesting information and requesting an appointment, and never received a call back.

Horrible experience! No documentation, they actually recommended someone go to the hospital without documenting suicidal ideation on any form. Clearly not up-to-date on current laws and practices for counselors. Would not recommend for anyone!

Mechelle is amazing! She really hears you out and helps you understand things in a different perspective. It also reminds me that nothing happens in vain, everything happens for a reason. God is good and I know I am in great hands. This a safe judge free zone, all the therapist here are amazing!
