The girl that worked there was rude and treated me like I was not supposed to be in there

I had a custom ring made here six years ago as a gift given to me. Actually two was made for family members. I called to have one remade and the owner hung up on me because he thought I was talking rude to him. They do not keep records nor have a computer record filling system. The issue is the business model, then you have angry customers. I have to explain on the phone several times that I bought the ring at the store, she had difficulty understanding that. They are a small retail store and have a hard time understanding that. Small town, small life, small brains apparently.

There is a girl that helps me (little brown-blonde hair with a sweet smile) and she always is so genuinely helpful! She has an unusual name but so sweet!

I've been doing business there for years. I wish there were more than 5 stars! They are always very friendly and welcome you in with a warm smile. I've bought various pieces of jewelry there and have even had some made. I can't say enough good about these folks. They will continue to be my sole source when I need a nice piece of jewelry. Can't imagine doing business anywhere else!
