Decent rooms and facility. Staff was nice at check in and very friendly and helpful at breakfast.

Hot fresh chocolate chip cookies available when you first walk in. Checking in was quick and easy, less than 5 minutes total. This hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes, about 1/2 mile very easy flat stroll) to Century Square where there's shopping and plenty of dining options. The walls in this hotel are a little thin, you can hear whenever someone's hotel door closes (slightly annoying if you're a light sleeper). But overall, good experience. Impressive continental breakfast selection both days we stayed. Not the typical stale donuts and coffee- we had potatoes O'Brian, sausage, eggs, fresh fruit, apple and cranberry juice. Would stay here again.

As an Honors member, staying at Hampton at least 3-5 times a month, our check in was not as welcoming as most, the front desk girl was clearly having a bad nite, I could go on about that but I won't. Our room curtains were broken and would not stay up, we called to have the dresser drawer fixed, no one ever came, 3 nite stay. Kinda disappointed

The breakfast was good and the wait staff was really kind!

Hotel was very dingy and dirty looking. You could see stains on the wall, peeling wallpaper, and dirty AC vents. Hotel room curtains were broken so you couldn’t even let in sunlight. Hotel breakfast was average, but there is only one waffle maker so there was an extremely long line. There’s also not enough seating in the dining area to eat in. Will not be staying in a Hampton Inn in future.

The worst hotel stay I've ever had. Upon checking in the front desk gave me a key to a room already occupied. So when I went in the occupants (rightly so) screamed at me wondering who I was. After explaining what happened I went back down to the desk to get a new room and key while telling them what happened. No one apologized or anything, the two front desk clerks just argued over why I received the wrong key and room number. Finally I got the key and made it to my room, which was actually in the middle of being cleaned.

My main reason for staying was the local BCS Marathon and I intended on staying an extra night after the marathon. But with what I had experienced I decided I just wanted to go home after the race. I went down to checkout early and the same front desk clerk that gave me the wrong room was there. When I told her I wanted to checkout early she informed me I couldn't and that I would be charged an extra night even though I wasn't in the room that long after the normal checkout time.

Overall, horrible experience and I would be ashamed to be Hilton and putting my company name to a sham of a hotel.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Most employees seem bothered when you ask for anything. We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t have maid service once. We had to carry down our used towels to exchange them for new ones. They didn’t have wine glasses or a bottle opener. (Why is there an ice bucket?) The bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable. My key stopped working every day and I had to go downstairs to get it fixed. There’s an odor (I believe it’s in the carpets) that foul down the halls and in the rooms. Breakfast was meh.definitely doesn’t live up to the name of the hotel. There are MUCH better options in this area. This feels like a crummy motel but with the price of a Hilton.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn for visiting Santa’s Wonderland. We were welcomed with hot chocolate and delicious cookies upon arrival. The morning staff went out of their way to help us at breakfast find a table and place to sit for our party of 9. We were able to decorate cookies and eat pizza in their lobby without feeling like we were a burden (with 5 small kiddos)! The facility was clean. Overall it was a great experience!

So this Hampton Inn in college station is in an older building surrounded by new hotels, but don’t judge the book by its cover on this one, the staff is super kind and accommodating, and the rooms are very comfy.

My kid had a cross country dinner that was located in the main lobby. Space was very limited but still a well kept hotel.

To the owner and GM of this property, I have not even stayed at your hotel yet, tomorrow night, and I am very unimpressed with your employee Jaz. As a Diamond Member for over 10 years, I don’t need a counter clerk telling me, with attitude, how the Hilton system works. Given that I already checked in online via the app and was told my room has already been assigned, I called to simply get the room number. Instead all I got was “like I told you” attitude. Do your employees know what funds their paychecks? I just canceled my reservation.

Most features were OK. It was a pretty nasty start with an arrogant front desk person. I have seldom been called a lier to my face on something that that I knew to be true. The individual stated that he worked in 27 countries so he knows better than me. Probably not a tactic in the motel training manual!

Stayed for four days here in Oct of 2022. I don't normally write reviews but wanted to save someone the trouble. Did I enjoy my stay, not at all. Could you stay here in a pinch, sure. But for the price you are getting motel quality rooms.
Only positive was that location of hotel is conveniently located to campus and dining. Accommodations were subpar. Towel rack fell off wall, surfaces hadn't been dusted, mold in shower, bed/pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Every morning the lobby ran out of coffee and it didn't get re-filled for a good 20-30 mins making it useless.
Not the end of the world but for $ hotels normally can do better. The place won't kill you, but I was disappointed in the place especially staying for four days.

Satisfied to the fullest, the complementary breakfast was amazing. The food was to die for service was great. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay there, and I will definitely be back there again.

Staff was not helpful at all, I booked it three months in advance on my Hilton app (I am a gold member) and it did not say two night minimum on the app when I booked. I needed to cancel Friday night and keep Saturday night because my daughter got invited to the SEC championships at ole miss on Friday and they would not let me. (Unlike other businesses in college station these guys don’t care about their Aggie athletes) they need to renovate this entire hotel, they are charging $400-$500 a night on game days and it has mold on the walls, popcorn ceilings from the 70’s and is dirty everywhere you look. I wouldn’t board my dogs here, and I would sleep in my car before coming back to this place, FILTHY!

We stayed here this past weekend. It was the worst experience ever. People shouting in the hallways in the middle of the night, slamming doors etc. All on the first floor and right near the front desk. No one stopped them until I called the front desk twice. We paid a fortune to stay here and it was horrible. I have called several times to speak with the manager, he is always in meetings. Too busy to make right with a customer. How sad. Where did customer service go?
