I have stayed at this location a couple times. This last time I was here happened to be when the tornado touched down a few blocks away. The power went out and the person working the counter was very calm and accommodating to everyone that was there. I did decide to change hotels since I was unsure when power would be restored. The hotel checked me out and did not penalize me for “late check out”. Great hotel staff and management.

Great hotel to stay at however you will need to drive a bit to get anywhere interesting. But friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

I wouldn't stay here again. The hotel is falling apart, several out of order signs. Had a non-functioning toilet, front desk gave me a plunger, when that didn't solve the problem the associate said that she is not a plumber, neither am I. When I asked to move rooms to get a functioning toilet her response was to complain about a headache.

Parking lot is tiny. A bit far off Freeway and set back from main road. Can drive right by and miss it. Front desk people need to keep up with what events are going on at their place. Went there for event was told by front desk they had no idea about it. 3 hours later trying to find out where I was suppose to be. Found event was there front desk just wasn't up to date.
Rooms were nice tho and very clean, lobby too.

This hotel is awesome! We were satisfied with everything! Ashley at the front desk was so professional and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional!

Great stay, all of the staff is very nice and polite and helpful and the entire place smelled very clean and the pool was clean. Rooms clean and smelled great. Breakfast was nice

Highly disappointed, arrived on 6/24 (around 4 pm) from a 17 hour journey with the family and front desk was not able to find our reservation. After 60 minutes finally got a room but not what we had reserved and were not able to change during our stay.
I sent an email to manager explaining the 3 significant factors that contributed to my disappointment. Staff competency, Attitude and communication.
Let alone one of our family members had to paid a late check out fee because front desk noted the wrong check out date…go figure.

The cleanliness in our hotel room was great. The front desk clerks were nice and helpful, also the breakfast was good. Also the orange juice tasted watered down. When we got back into our hotel room from breakfast and wanted coffee we went to go get the back that had all of the creamer and sugar in it. The bag was opened and used and there was also unused bag, it had creamer at the bottom. But overall our stay was awesome down in Houston, Texas!

I booked a meeting room with the establishment. I called the day before the meeting to verify room was ready and we could be there early to set up our items, everything we asked for on the hotels part would be ready as well? The room was not ready, the staff had to put everyting together as we were attempting to prepare for an all day meeting. When checking out to pay for the bill, they lost the reservation - the clerk at the front desk had no idea what she was doing, had to call several people to help her. No one answered the phone, was told to call back later and they would figure it out. 8 days later, my credit card is charged (not the amount I was told for the meeting room). I called to get the receipt emailed to me, was told to call back tomorrow, she could not get it to come up. Got a call the next mornging, was told they were having computer issues and I would have to wait again. I drove to the establisment to pick up the reciept. I asked about points being added to my account - I am a diamond member. Was told no, they do not do that. I will not be using this establishment again for meetings or recommending this for travel stays.

I came by to deliver a door dash, and the lady at the front gave me a hard time I just wanted to drop it off and go about that doordashing again. I don't appreciate how she believed I was suspicious probably just because of my appearance. We need better people in this world.

There were twelve of us. We reserved rooms at the hotel to enjoy our Spring break in Kemah at the Boardwalk. We didn’t enjoy all the snacks we bought because we were always doing other things. This Hampton Inn had a few flaws I rather not mention. The staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Was a good place to visit. We stay there for spring break with the grandkids. To go to kemeh Park. It was a 20 minutes to kemeh Park.

The complimentary breakfast was okay. The oatmeal was cold both days and there was only one option for eggs. I try to stay away from cheese or bread and both days it had one or the other. Omelet or bagel topper. I want just scrambled eggs. The orange juice tasted watered down. The elevator had a bad odor to it. Like a stale smell. My biggest frustration was the key. I couldn't use my digital key. When they would program the key card it would disconnect my digital key. I tried getting 2 key cards but only 1 worked. I was given 5 key cards total after several attempts. I was then told that I'm only allowed one key per room which is ridiculous. My mom and sister were in a connecting room and both their cards worked. I told the front desk that I've been to several Hilton hotels and you can't expect multiple guests to share one key. Even the digital key customer service told them there was a problem with the coder and she brushed it off and said it worked just fine. It didn't. I had to get into my room using my mom's key and getting in through the connecting door. The beds were comfy and the rooms stayed cool.

Overall experience was great. Room was nice and clean. Some of the front desk personal were a bit stingy with towels and sheets I was requesting. Breakfast was okay but thankful they even have breakfast.

This location does not live up to 'the Hilton' standard at all. First off, I want people to know that this is a much smaller Hampton Inn which is fine because the area that it is in is well pretty small. The amenities that I am accustom to when staying at a Hilton hotel were very limited. I have never stayed at a hotel were I have to give back dirty nasty used towels to get back clean towels? If that is what y'all are making your staff do, then shame in corporate! Breakfast selection was mediocre; you can tell that some staff cares about cleanliness while others just let it happen smh. If you're looking for a last minute option during a high peak reservation time, yes this would definitely be a go to.
