Hampton Inn Seguin

I placed a room for a king size bed. And was a queen. Room felt small, didn't have proper lighting. I didn't have hardly any towels. And to top it off my vehicle was broken into parked in front of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Wasn't pleased

Another great experience a The Hampon Inn Seguin! The staff is aways hospitable and welcoming!

Staff was polite however the hotel is gross. Our room could be a lot cleaner. There’s dirt built up in every corner and the shower floor makes me want to wear shoes. The rooms look like a DIY project with leftover scraps. There’s an unpleasant lingering smell in the lobby and the breakfast is very minimal. I 100% recommend choosing the Holiday Inn next door. Very displeased with this hotel and truly makes me want to avoid Hilton’s all together.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The renovations in the rooms are HORRIBLE! Although our room (107) was clean, the renovation itself left the room feeling very dirty and hotel 6 feeling! The staff on arrival was very friendly although had to wait awhile for her to come to desk. At checkout, several employees were standing around talking so they didn’t seem concerned to hear what I had to say.

Don't stay here! You'll regret it!
Smells of paint and glue are present from the time you walk in the lobby. If you make a complaint about remodel noise or smells you are ignored. You really don't get what you pay for.never again.

The hotel was extremely nice and clean. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I saw people complaining about the remodeling but rooms looked nice and I’m sure the owner spent a lot of money to keep up the property!

I stay in many hotels a year. I’m currently over 120 days this year. I’ve never met someone so pleasant at a hotel. MARIA WAS AWESOME! I get up early and we’re out before breakfast most days. She made sure we had something to take with us! I couldn’t ask for anyone better at a hotel!

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Hotel is trashy and dated. The staff is unprofessional at best. We are diamond members of the Hilton brand and to say this was a disappointment is an understatement. Additionally, the hotel has a cricket infestation at the moment which made it impossible for me to sleep as they were in the AC unit. Upon telling the front desk clerk he chuckled and said "ya it's that time of year and we just got rain". Seriously? If you know this it is a simple fix.spray for the annoying loud little critters! But do not mock your diamond members who got no sleep and have a 7 hour drive ahead of them. Clean up your act!

Everyone was amazing. Check-in was fast and the gentleman helping us was great. Our battery died twice and they were more then helpful, even at 2am. Maria and security (Alex i believe) were GREAT. They helped me at 2am and Maria turned around and helped me again in the am. GREAT TEAM!

Mighty decent little stay! Hot breakfast, a little snack shop and clean rooms. Hallways and elevator smell weird, but that was momentary. Would stay there again!

If there are any other hotels available go there. First the hotel is being remodeled (which the website doesn’t say or we would have NEVER booked here). Must be getting remodeled by a first timer. It’s horrible. The chemical smell is unbearable, the paint job in the room looks like my son did it. The crown molding doesn’t match in some spots. The ceiling looks like a bad patch job, the flooring has gaps and the bathroom has a horrible caulking job. Really I could have done better. First thing we noticed when we walked into the room was the pee smell and paint all over the bathroom floor. Called the front desk and they had no other rooms and offered us febreeze. The air conditioner is super loud. All this to say… I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that are nicer. This is not the Hilton I’m a diamond member at.

The room is very small and outdated. It's definitely NOT worth the premium cost i paid per night. I would say it's great if you get it for less than $80 per night but it's NOT worth anymore than that to me.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I will never stay at this location again. My wife went down to the front to get coffee and over heard the lady attending the counter talking about us by our room number.

The renovated room was nice. Decent free breakfast. However the $75 for the pet fee was way too much! Wish they would post this on their website. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent stay! Newly remodeled and very clean about the few rooms still being finished. The staff is friendly and polite. This was one of the best stays we have had.
