Excellent place on the edge of the city, very quiet and with very good service from the staff

I stay here a couple times a year and always have a great experience. Rooms are clean, front desk employees always seem happy to be there.

Nice place clean sheets, the room doesn't have a stuffy smell. Service is very good.

Not too crowded and very clean and quiet. Clean pool, it was a little on the small side but it was more of a quiet cozy stay.

There were a couple of broken items on the refrigerator in the room but otherwise everything was just fine. We were rather blown away by the cost of the pet feed at $75 plus tax 41 night. Given that our dog has no disease no please and we would clean up after her had she done anything outside because she as well I was broken the $75 fee is a bit outrageous $35 would be appropriate 75 plus taxIs highway robbery which I guess is common these days in a hotel industry.

I was hoping to give a five star review but 2 things about my room prevented that. I got a king suite which was absolutely gorgeous. However, the living room side thermostat wasn't working so it was sweltering in that room and cool in the bedroom. I also assume this room gets few stays because the toilet had no chain to flush! I never imagined I would have to test out the bathroom before getting settled. Unfortunately, I didn't realize my toilet issue until well after midnight. I was only staying one night but this seems like an issue that should have been corrected well before assigning the room.

We just stayed 1 night, but my biggest complaint is about all the cigarette butts in and around the pool. It was just nasty. The ice vending room smells like an animal died in there. The room was cool and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean. Customer service is great! If you're a light sleeper freeway engines may be too loud.

Wallet and change that was left on nightstand was taken by someone. After requesting towels and trash service after 3 day stay.

The check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice and the beds were extremely comfortable to me. I'm a large guy and found that the bathtubs actually fit me! &! Can't go wrong there! &! I've stayed with Hampton several times now, and they're quite consistent with insuring that I'm happy enough to come back.and I most definitely will! &!

Rooms were clean only complaint the bed was a little hard. They had adequate breakfast and good variety. The front desk service was polite and helpful.

Have to stay 2 weeks for work. You'd think with the amount of money they have, the beds would be comfortable. Feels like I sleep on a bag of gravel. They only have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. I had to wait almost 3 hours to wash my clothes. Eventually, paid for the other person's clothes just to wash my clothes.

This is our first night and I wish we could check out already! First of all pictures regarding the pools are misleading! They do NOT have an indoor pool. Ice is constantly out, smells like fish and dogs through the entire hotel, several attempts to get more towns for the pool and room they were always out. Room was nice and cold but that is about the only thing I have good to say about our stay. The fridge doesn’t keep anything cold, we have a child who needs milk and we planned on staying for days so the milk needed to be cold… sheets were stained with pee rings there is no way I’d recommend this place. I will say Clarissa the manager went above and beyond to help us when we couldn’t find our car keys and to make other hotel arrangements.

, JB Hunt driver and retired Navy. I was going through training for JB HUNT. We stayed at this Hampton inn. All staff are friendly and courteous. The breakfast is great. One of the staff was a NAVY Corpsman.we had a lot in common. I really enjoyed my stay. I think it was 6 days total. Highly recommend this Hampton inn

Check in staff were terrific, friendly and informative. Provided a 'welcome' bag which consisted of two water bottles and a bag of trail mix - a nice surprise. The room cost was good, bed very comfy and entire room and hotel was spotless. I would definitely recommend and hope to get back again for an enjoyable stay.

I've been to this location a couple of times, always a great experience. When I needed to check in early, Natalia was understanding and even gave a room upgrade to expedite the process. All the personnel and management seem to have this attitude about hospitality, which unfortunately a lot of other properties refuse to care about. Greatly appreciated.
