Hampton Inn & Suites Brenham

Jan 2023 undergoing renovation. Staff is friendly and great personality. The rooms are clean but not quite finished w renovation yet, but they'll get there. There wasn't anywhere in bathroom to hang a towel. I will stay here again.

Clean, well appointed and very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and the breakfast outstanding.

The best ever, food, service, Room's, very clean everything nice if you're Close to Brennan stay there.

We didn’t have reservation, we were in Brenham for the day. And just stopped by and booked for the night. We got a room in less than 10 minutes. Great front desk service! We got a great, clean, cozy room! Thank you so much!

I wouldn't normally give a hotel 5 stars, but in this case, my grandbaby and I needed a nice place for an unexpected trip overnight. I called ahead to check for availability and when I got there, they were waiting on me, ready to check me in. We got a bottom floor room with a king size bed, as requested. Room also had a kitchenette which was nice because I needed the extra space and microwave since I had my grandbaby with me. The room was quiet and I think we both slept really well after a long day. I had planned on packing socks for the baby's feet, because I think most hotel floors are pretty nasty, but I had no problem not wearing socks here. Overall the place was really clean and was perfect for the 1 night stay. Breakfast was available in the morning too.

Booked a room through the Hilton app with a confirmation # and after driving all day we arrive only to find out they don’t have a room.

Rooms were nice and clean. Service was good and friendly. Coffee barely qualifies to be called coffee. Colored water very, very weak. Breakfast was pretty good except the coffee.
Kind of a pain to get to logistically.

Very professional, quick, helpful, clean, no smells, easy in. Loved it all. Smiles were nice too! I’d give them 15 but 10 as high as it goes

This review is long over due … I stayed here the Saturday before Easter and had a wedding to attend. I came back to the room extremely tired the next morning I woke up and noticed blood on the pillow I slept on all night I then pulled back the sheets and there was stains everywhere the manager on duty apologized and told me he’d have the general manager contact me by that Wednesday i probably called the hotel a total of 10 times and never heard back from her

Cleaning people never stopped by during our three days there. The bathrooms didn’t even have exhaust vents inside of them so it made the entire room humid after showering. The breakfast was good. They let us swim a little past pool closing time that was awesome. Front desk people were nice.

Do NOT STAY HERE! There are bed bugs in the room, we were transferred to another room we found bed bugs AGAIN, so they transferred to us AGAIN another room, there was a cockroach, (I have seen quite a few reviews of people finding cockroaches in their rooms too) they moved us to another room the comforter was stained it was gross it was 3 am! We took it.
The toilet didn’t flush, black mold around the bath tub, someone’s food left in the freezer. The bathtub floor in both rooms felt like it was going to fall through when taking a shower.
The front desk clerk Larissa Dieterich was extremely rude & condescending.
Prior to Covid we traveled often - we just started traveling again. We have always trusted Hilton and have been loyal customers of Hilton. We prefer them over other hotel brands because we are satisfied with their service, cleanliness, and hotel facilities. However, this stay is a very disappointing experience to us. We wish we could left sooner but we had obligations to fulfill there.
As a customer, I did not feel appreciated and respected. The staff were rude. They did not greet us when they saw us coming and going except for Rodney the night time clerk. He was the nicest man. Honestly, I will not consider staying at a Hilton again due to this stay!

Why was my stay excellent? In a word: Mundray, the front desk attendant. He is ON, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is always clean. Love the huge desk where I can crank out work. And if you want a stay with personalized service and real human interaction, this is the hotel to visit in Brenham.

Nice place. Friendly staff.shower pressure is fabulous. Textured tub no slippage. Curtain on rod correctly. Quality towels.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, the rooms were a good size and kept clean and comfortable, all the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is good for access to HEB store and local eatery's with lots of food choice at reasonable prices, whether you are traveling through or staying for a while. It is also within easy distance of other more popular touristy areas in the Texas Hill Country

Our move in date was postponed a couple of days so we spent six nights here-never an issue or concern with safety. Night staff was polite enough, and seemed on top of everything. Room was comfortable enough, and AC was perfect the entire time. If every needed, would stay again. It’s in a good location commute wise.

Nice hotel, clean, efficient in a nice little town. Brenham is a good place to visit and the Hampton Inn is a good place to stay.

The rooms could be a little larger and nicer but they do have offer some nice features. The fitness center is fair enough to get a pretty good workout in.

Standard chain, decent location, could work on the lighting in the parking lot and near doors. Spent the better part of a week visiting in town, staff was attentive, recommended a local Italian restaurant, Joe’s, that was a hit with the family. Would stay again if in the area.

Room smelled terribly musty. Tub/shower not working correctly. Pool area very unappealing with tarps covering hot tub etc. No food by 9: 30 at the breakfast. TV issues.
