Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Plano Central

The rooms here are beautiful and spacious. I think we had the king deluxe. The staff was extremely helpful and the fresh cookies were amazing. The breakfast was typical continental. The location is great, there's many nearby food options.

This seems to be an older Hampton Inn. The room was clean. The furniture in my room was a little worn. Some of the outlets didn't work. The television didn't have a clear picture. The hot breakfast looked nice but the taste was off. BUT.the front desk clerk Dominique was VERY friendly and helpful. She made my stay worthwhile. I will not return to this property.

Customer service is terrible. Don’t bother reporting an issue during your stay. It won’t get resolved before you leave. Two separate stays, I have had issues with the peloton bike not having the activation code on it, and two stays it seems like no one has the information to put it back on. I’m doubting that code has been on the bike for months since I reported it during my first stay in May.

Breakfast was barely edible. The sausage gravy looked more like water. The eggs were clumpy and looked clearly pretty fake. I understand it is free, but I have stayed in many other properties, many that are Hamptons, with a better edible breakfast.

Shower pressure was terrible.

The crazy thing is these hotels are not being owned by the right people these people get them run them directly into the ground and then try to sell them they could give 2 craps what your going through or need the guy told me in his country this would be like living in a palace I was like I know man but here we at least expect to get what the website says but we only got afew things the website promised I more than likely will not come back or recommend this place sad thing is now we have to look for the right type of owners

The rooms have great potential and are fairly large, but there were many maintenance issues (some being hazardous). The handicap shower had some broken pieces that caused my handicap step-mother to trip and fall in the shower (also no “non-slip” map provided for the shower”).

Service was good and breakfast was good.

Front desk staff is amazing! Rooms are cozy and comfy! Special shout out to William the GM, George, and Eileen for their superb service and generosity! Thank you so much!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but on this occasion I have to unfortunately. I do not recommend staying here because upon my arrival the room that I reserved was not available because they overbook and gave my room to someone else and no more rooms with 2 beds available. The front desk person didn’t help at all just a plain “your room is not available”. I was tired and I had to get whatever room they had left which was the more expensive one and after checking out they double charged me the room they gave somebody else and the the one I was force to get.

Really nice hotel.

Service: Not too bad. The check in lady at the time was quiet but made it an easy process.

Room Bathroom: Really clean however did find a small spot in the shower they didn't clean up (not really a big deal in my eye). Shower could use a bit more pressure. Everything else worked perfect.

Hotel bed: Perfect, comfortable and clean like every other Hilton. Props to you guys on that

Other Hotel Fixtures: Worked nicely (including the TV).

Breakfast: Really good

Overall: 9/10. Really great hotel. Had a really great stay.

Had an awful experience last week on the 3rd of September.
DID NOT FEEL SAFE! Had an altercation there
There was a lady in the hallway that started and altercation with me and my mom as we were leaving from getting ice.we headed back to our room and tried to call the front desk from the hotel phone as well as our cellphones and NOONE ANSWERED we called over and over and when we did finally get someone we tried to explain what happen and got put on hold and hung up on! So we called Plano police to escort to our car to leave since we did not feel safe! The guy at the front desk gave no cares in the world of what just happen and showed nor remorse or anything! WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN as our safety was put in risk and noone from the hotel showed any concern or anything! We called the next day to speak with a manager and havent heard from him yet till this day about the cameras or anything about that experience!
DO AND BE BETTER HAMPTON!

I booked rooms for two of my employees and they really enjoyed their stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

STOLEN PROPERTY

Final update: no resolution from management. Can still see my AirPods in a local apartment. My opinion is to absolutely stay at any of the other many hotels in the area. Can’t trust a place whose employees take things from rooms.

Update: Management and I were able to connect and they are taking this matter seriously, that is very reassuring to know and they do care!

Very troubled and disappointed in this hotel. I accidentally left my AirPods Pro’s behind and called only a few hours later to see if they had been found. I was notified that they were not found. I called a few more times that day and then next and was always told they were not found even though I could see the location.

Later on the second day the AirPods moved to an apartment in the same city leading me to believe it is an employee who took my headphones. I realize getting them back was already a far stretch but I believe the integrity of this is bad considering the employees of this hotel have access to your room at anytime and very obviously are willing to steal.

Had a billing issue and tried to call them for half an hour. No make that 44 min with Hilton Diamond membership tram trying to contact them. THEY Are not answering their phones. Never had hotel where reception doesn't answer multiple calls over a long period of time. This place sucks.

The ice machine and USB’s did not work. The website states under amenities that there is a hairdryer. There are no hairdryers in the rooms. We ask at the front desk at 9: 00 pm and we’re told they didn’t have any. My husband had to go buy one. The next morning others in our group of 11 rooms ask at the front desk for a hairdryer and we’re given one. Seems the night crew didn’t care much about customer service. The day crew was very helpful when my key wouldn’t open the room.

I had a family emergency and needed a place to stay and they were super accommodating to me, my daughter and her dog. Very pleased with the staff.

Room was not the cleanest. The floors were dirty. The ice machine is broken, the lock on the door doesn’t work. The night audit person is no where in sight. I’m a Gold honors member no snacks or anything was offered. Very very very disappointed. I’ll never stay here again in fact checking out early. Would not recommend.

My wife checked in for us and we were given a bed that when she rolled back the cover there was a gummy bear. Then was given another unclean room with a rotten banana and unmade bed with dirty sheets. Next while waiting downstairs for another room the lobby was filthy with food all over the floor from breakfast, which had been over for HOURS. This place isn't filthy and unsanitary! Should have a sign that say beware of the next pandemic.

Terrible stay. No hot water several mornings. Breakfast was not up to Hilton standards. Never anyone at front desk. TV stopped working last night.

Close to outlet mall, top golf and other activities along with restaurants. Good choice for us. Hot tub was down and that's the only reason for a 4 star rating since that's part of why we chose this hotel to enjoy the hot tub!
