Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Market Center reviews
18Best Western and they left my son stranded with no room after reservations were made online
Love it here every time I travel I stay at Hampton Inn and I haven't been let down keep up the good work Hampton inn you have my business wherever I go. Thanks
Room was good size and close enough to Love field. Uber to airport was cheap but no shuttle service.
Even though it’s very close to the expressway and our room faced it, noise wasn’t horrible. They provide ear plugs and a sound machine to help tho. Bed was comfortable room was nicely arranged. Breakfast was good.
Room had gnats bathroom had hair everywhere sheet looks popped so we put down clothes 2 lay on just a horrible experience
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE this hotel is ripping people off. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. After booking on September 22nd and choosing early booking option ($215 for 1 night) through my hilton honors app. I checked in October 1st at 5: 15pm and I had to pay AGAIN ($215) for my room bill. I showed the lady my bank statement and emailed Hampton Inn receipt showing I have already paid. She told me that regardless she could not check me in until I paid for the bill again. I asked for a manager and she told me there was no manager on duty. I have never experienced this with checking in or booking with any other Hilton Honors hotels! What if someone did not have the $ to pay for their stay again? Completely outrageous and blindsiding. What was the point of booking early and paying.if I had to pay again! Beware! Bring enough money to this establishment!
Great stay with friendly staff. Just a little noisy right by the highway. Although they did have ear plugs and a noise machine in the room.
Called front desk x3 for towels and toothpaste. Never showed up. Called about towels on the 3rd time > “oh we’ll be out until housekeeping comes in the morning”. It was 2pm lol this must mean they have housekeeping on a part-time schedule for only the mornings to cut costs, which can be fine management wise IF the amount of clean linens can last until the next shift. (towels at a hotel are pretty critical for bathing and pool use obviously). Makes the pool a non amenity and a 2 night stay complicated when you have to make do with the towels that the room started off with.
Everything closes early, no welcoming invite, appear busy, unattentive and some of the employees are rude. Rooms were nice. It was like a studio. Very tight and small. Very clean.
I had many issues during my stay here. From the start, we tried to check into my two bed hotel room just for them to tell me it’s no longer available. Didn’t I pay to reserve it? The fact that no one even bothered to tell me the room I paid to reserve is not available anymore ahead of time is insane. We reserved a room with two beds because we NEED two beds. Staff didn’t seem to care either way.
In the room, some of the plugs are too loose to connect anything to them. Super inconvenient!
To use their wifi, you have to sign up for their email list so that’s annoying. Not to mention that it’s slow internet. If you want anything faster they make you pay. So much for the free wifi.
The free breakfast was okay. The waffle maker often acted up and we couldn’t get any waffles which is the only good part of breakfast. The bread for toast was cardboard-like and the pastries were stale.
We got to use the pool for 1 out of 5 days that we were there. There were so many dead bugs inside and around the pool, is was disgusting. My husband took it upon himself to clean it up so we could enjoy the pool which was the main reason we chose to stay there. That same day later on we noticed the pool was slowly turning green. The next day it looked like swamp water. We called to let them know and they told us they wouldn’t clean it until the next day. It was never cleaned throughout the rest of our stay and the pool was a nasty murky green color. It was absolutely disgusting and upsetting seeing as the pool was the main reason we chose to stay there.
I will never stay here and I urge you to find somewhere else to stay.
This place is anchor in a very strategic location if you're moving around it with in 10 miles, you can use the pool and has free breakfast, clerks are very professional and helpful
Room was very clean. Had no problems except for the front desk service. Clerk's didnt know how to add my Hilton Honors account and ive lost like 8 days of points staying there. Also my boss paid for the rooms and clerk didnt know how to charge my debit card for snacks. (Had to charge boss's credit card). Location almost in Uptown and parking lot security guards nightly.
Consistent with hampton inn quality and service
Parking lot is a bit awkward and location is next to highway but couldn't hear any road noise from the room.
They do provide an in room noise machine as well as ear plugs if you feel the need to use them. Slept well without either one.
Surprisingly good despite being off the highway. The place was clearly just renovated in 2022 and very clean. It’s inline with the Hampton Inn brand. A heads up - you will need earplugs (provided by bed side) if you’re on side of the highway)
Good service and easy to get to. Pretty towels and fancy small rooms did not make up for no bar, no food (except for breakfast), no hot tub and did not see a weight room. I had to leave the hotel for these things. Price was expensive.
$305 per night for an average hotel. Sad. One star hotel 4 star rates. I think it's their slogan on the hotel wall.
We pretty much only stay at Hampton inns when we travel. This was the worst one we have ever stayed at. Unfriendly front desk staff, gnats all over breakfast food and area, and scratchy uncomfortable pillows. We had to stay in a handicap room b/c our original room faced the freeway and it was so loud. The shower head was broken and it was very hard to shower with a handheld shower hose for two adults. Also, the walls are paper thin. Could hear someone snoring all night next to us and someone upstairs banging around well into the night. Did not get any good rest at this hotel.
Tried my game in the tv an no audio but the pool was nice and the breakfast was not bad but turkey sausage was old and loved the waffles
