15Worst disrespectful and hateful racially motivated treatment I have ever received in my 20 years traveling and staying in Hampton Inn hotels. The operations manager is simply "not right in her head".
Rude staff, unprofessional, do not allow early check in from 3rd party booker's, although they give you the option. Management DO NOT handle important matters in timely manner.
We typically have excellent experiences with Hampton Inns. This stay was okay, but not as good as usual. Air conditioning wasn't on in the room - that kind of thing. People were very friendly and helpful like always. We will try this one again; they have done better in the past.
This place used to be the best hotel to go to in town. The staff used to help the guest at any cost and the manager used to help accommodate his guests any way that he could. This new guy Marcus is only there to collect a check. He does not try to help accommodate his guests whether they have a big family or have members that need a handicap room even if they request one. When I asked for the previous manager he got an attitude and said that I would need to call a different location he is no longer there. I apologized and explained how he would always assist me and that I was a returning guest. Any kind of accommodations I asked about he just said it's not a guarantee and it most likely would not happen, that they are only in the business to sell rooms. This has put my family in a bind. We have always counted on this hotel and their friendly staff. It just goes to show that there are certain people that take pride in their job and there are certain people that are there to collect a check. Thank you to the previous manager the nice professional white man with brown hair and to the previous staff who cared enough about the guest and listen to their requests. Marcus he needs a lesson or two in this matter.
I cannot believe a hotel is allowed to operate this way during this pandemic. After trying 2 different rooms, I canceled my reservation and booked next door. Dirtiest and most disgusting Hampton Inn I've ever seen. Tarrant County Health Department needs to pay this property a visit.
Accessible to all the places I wanted we visited. Friendly staff and very accomadating to our needs. I recommend this hotel when staying in Fort Worth, Tx
Did not appreciate they were doing maintenance on pool hot tub & weight room.
That is my highlight of staying with Hampton.
Why not do it on week days?

I got the nicest room fir a lovely price and sooo comfortable.thank you soo much for the hospitality.
The stay was overall enjoyable. The room could of been cleaned better and some of the furniture in better condition. The staff was courteous, but could of been a little friendlier (smile). The breakfast was a suprise! It was good and plentiful. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. I'll go as far as saying that it was better than some restaurants I've been to for breakfast. I give them 4 stars because of the breakfast.
This hotel is ok, a bit outdated, don't expect much. The bkfast was excellent. The COVID rules are non- existent here. The staff was not friendly at all.
I select to stay at Hamptons again and again for three reasons: consistency, cleanliness and comfort. Sadly, this Hampton (which I have actually stayed at previously) did not meet any of these criteria on a recent stay. We arrived to find a fairly strong smell of sewage on the lobby floor. I opted to check in and see if the smell had permeated our room before deciding to leave. Luckily it had not, although the smell still lingered the next morning at breakfast. We got to our room to hear people in the room next door playing music at an obnoxiously loud level. I went to use the room phone to call downstairs becuase it's always easier to call a hotel lobby from an internal phone. The phone however did not work. So I trekked downstaris to arrange a room change. While they did assign me a new room, they checked us in to room 219, which is essentially an echo chamber with all sorts of noises coming in through the ventilation system. Then, I specifically asked for housekeeping the next day; never happened. The elevators and other miscellaneous parts of the hotel room were worn down and in many clases, not clean. Finally, I usually expect some level of comfort from a Hampton bed. Not so with the beds in this particular hotel, or our room at least. Sorely (literally) disappointed.
We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff was very accommodating! The hotel room was cleaned upon arrival and throughout my stay (upon request). The complimentary breakfast was good and they practiced social distancing.
Great place to stay with a wonderful staff. The room was perfect, and I was very pleased with the breakfast.
Worst stay ever desk Clerk Tanisha was rude and unprofessional and manager Marcus Brewer was not helpful was never available and and house keeping was Horrible. Hotel needs to Upkept very Nasty and Unclean.
Really nice and accommodating. Our first room was dirty but, when we went down stairs to tell the lady behind the desk she felt genuinely bad and upgraded us to a suite at no cost. Room service is excellent and so are the extras they have to offer. I definitely recommend this hotel
