Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Bush Intercontinental Aprt

Ceiling in bathroom actively leaking water and with significant water damage. Bathroom pocket door was just lame and flimsy.
Shuttle service awful. Waited 50 minutes at the terminal waiting for shuttle.
Hotel needs modernization are it will become low-end in a couple of years.

Not dirty, not clean someplace In the middle leaning towards tired. I shared my room with a family of ants. Recommend getting up early hot water is a commodity.

Spent 1 night here. The room was nothing special. I asked for a 9am shuttle I was in the lobby at 8: 45 waiting. They did not call out the shuttle and just left without me despite me sitting by the door.

Stayed here one night last week. Week of Christmas. We chose this particular location because we had an early flight the next morning. They stay was great and employees were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was on time and we got to the airport with no problem at 4: 30am! We also did the park and fly with no issues. We will return here again when flying out of Bush!

WOW! Just wow! Best price and location. I'm blown away! From the low price, and some iffy reviews, I was hesitant to book. I'm so glad I did!
Clean, spacious room. Bed is extremely comfortable. Basic but very clean and pretty/modern looking hotel, no restaurant, no bar, - no problem, I don't need either. Free breakfast.
Shuttle driver and front desk were very friendly and welcoming.

Close to the airport able to drop the car rental off after we checked in and the shuttle picked us up fron the rental centre. Enjoyed the low flying planes taking off. Might not be to everyones taste.

Dreadful service. Employee’s arrival was delayed. Hotel unilaterally cancelled him and charged the full rate. Refused any refund. Terrible personnel.

Great staff. Friendly. You can hear the planes from the airport, but we expected that and slept very well.

One of the best hotels near the airport. We booked a room for one night and it cost us around $110. The hotel was neat and clean and even the room. The location is great it had few restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has beers which were great (no bar) Morning breakfast was good and it has shuttle service too for the airport. Overall a great experience and would recommend it to every traveler.

A decent stay. An outdated building. The doors still uses the insert card option as opposed to contactless option. I would've gave a 5 stars but the fact that I had to wait 20+ minutes just to check in along with a the inoperable USB wall ports is unacceptable. Consider hiring more staff. Additional staff will go a long way as opposed to having one person doing everything. That may be financially sound, but it's not an efficient way to run an operation. And you'll lose more customer loyalty down the line and will result to a significant earning loss if you decide to cut down cost by having minimal staffing.

Great place to stay near Bush airport. Front desk is very professional and helpful, Monica went out of her way for us. The room was clean and the pool was awesome! There are several fast food places really close.

15/10 experience. I stayed in room 430. The night shuttle driver and the night clerk were amazing, as well as the morning shuttle driver. The room was very clean and tidy. The a/c worked, great tv channel selection, great wifi, and the breakfast! 4 mini cinnamon bun waffles AND eggs AND bacon AND potatoes? Breakfast was something I woke up extra early for-that excited. Apple juice was great too~

Amazing stay, amazing staff, amazing room for an AMAZING price! Super close to the airport with a shuttle. If I ever need to travel to Houston again, this is where I will stay!

The owner and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel accommodations were great. The room was very clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool. The location was great and close to Jack-N-The-Box and Taco Bell (walking distance). Was a very enjoyable experience.

Had I great time in this place, love it. Friendly staff and very helpful ask for things to do in houston and very in helpful. I will recommend.
