We went for the night just so my toddler could go swimming. He's been asking since summer. The water was so cold I could skate on it! The jacuzzi wasn't working for another guest, so I'm guessing the heat element for the water was broken. It would have been nice for the website to mention that the pool wasn't able to be utilized. Or maybe during check-in, it could have been mentioned. The front desk agent was too busy defending himself from another guest yelling angrily that she was given a key to an occupied room and walked in on that guest. Someone put dirty underwear outside of my door twice! By 11pm, we decided we wanted to just go home. I didn't complain because I was on a friend's and family discount but this hotel isn't the best place to stay.

Everyone in Hampton inn was helpful delightful food was excellent The rooms were clean everything about it was on point I love it can't wait to visit again everyone.

Booked a stay with my Hilton points then was charged a pet fee when I don't own any pets or smoke! A complete waste of my points then robbed of my deposit. I Wouldn't recommend this hotel to a prisoner of war!

No fruit yogurt or jelly for breakfast
Fridge was dirty
Didn’t have designated rooms for guest with pets. I personally do not like to lay my head where a dog or cat etc was

Travel for work so I basically live in hotels. This was one of the best ones I have stayed in all year. King suite was huge, bigger than half the apartments I have lived in. Super clean. Breakfast in morning and the staff was super nice. Price was great too. Wish I could stay in places like this all the time.

Only giving 3 stars on location because there were armed guards at the grocery store next to the hotel. Not quite sure on how safe this area is.

Aside from the multiple colored hair on the bathroom floor (gross) the room seemed clean. Comfy beds.

My pickup truck got broken into smashed drivers door window. I'll stay away until they have security. 3 other vehicles where broken into as well.

The reson that i giving this place 1 starr is because the floor felt sticky there was lot of hair in my bed there was holes in the wall.there were marking on the blanket and chairs and wall there was all ready water in the coffe maker and we got here at night there were like dry grass and dirt and small pieces of white thing and a small pieces of glass pls do not come here. My family did not like it here.

Gym was clean. I cleaned it up some more. The equipment was nice and working. And the suspension straps were great too.

Worst experience ever, the customer service is terrible, we asked to have our rooms to be clean out 3 days, and it was never done, we have a pile of bags, food, and they were never picked up, we asked for towels for the pool and our room and they said, they didn´t have clean ones, the facilities need a lot of maintenance, really one of my worst experience

I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel than this one. While I was checking in there was a threat call at the front desk. The hotel was eerily empty and hosted a very pungent smell. I brushed off the threat call as I proceeded to my room for the night. However, the next morning, housekeeping tried to get in our room TWICE! Once while I we were asleep at 7: 00am and again at 9: 30am. I had confirmed with the front desk that check out was at 11: 00am to make sure I was not the problem by overstaying. I also checked about housekeeping rules and I found out that housekeeping is conducted upon request only! Therefore, they had no business coming in twice while they knew we were still in the room. The only thing that kept us secured was the security hatch on the door. Room were clean but my towels were filled with mini strands of hair here and there. Worst experience of my life so far with Hilton. Pay the extra money for a better hotel for the security of yourself and your mind.

This location was not the best. Rooms smelt like marijuana. I requested room service since I was staying for a few days due to it being a business trip, and my Tom Ford 265.00 perfume went missing… Crazy, how I spent over 500 for less than a week stay and my belongings were stolen. I don’t recommend this place and I will never go back. TRASH!

Clean room/bathroom and very cold room. I can’t complain of the cleanliness of the room. The Wi-Fi was trash it kept reading as error. They didn’t have towels, several times we requested for towels and were told they are drying. So towels were drying for 2 whole days. The juice dispenser for the complimentary breakfast was out of service. The bathroom in the lobby was not kept up with, for the most part it was clean but you can tell no one actually went in there to do a quick clean up. But I will say you are close to some fast food spots and are near by some stores like a Ross and a five below.
