This office is not in network with my dental insurance, but they were worth every cent I paid out of pocket. Dr. Johnston is a great dentist! He operates with integrity and professionalism and he doesn't recommend unnecessary or temporary fixes like a lot of the dentists I've been to have. I had a really difficult molar to extract and he took the extra time maneuvering that tooth to get it out without breaking it so he didn't have to cut my gums. The ladies at the front desk and the hygienists are very sweet and they always try to answer any questions you have. I didn't have the information for my new insurance and Betty was able to find it and call me back to let me know how the claim process worked. I genuinely felt taken care of here from start to finish. Oh! The koi pond isn't bad either. Lol!

Dr Hancock is not only professional but kind and very concerned about ones individual medical care. His staff treat you like family, always as professional as he, thank you so much for your kindness!

Kindest, most friendly dental staff on the planet. Almost makes it a pleasure to go to the dentist. ;) I have been going to them since the ‘80s and never ever considered going anywhere else. Love them like family. ️

Had an amazing experience! Everyone was friendly and nice! From the front desk staff to the back! Answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable!

It was so relaxing I went in for a cleaning and was having a problem with one of my back tooth thay found it fix it and set me up with a 3 month appointment I was treated very well

The woman who cleans my teeth every few months recognized that I was wearing a different uniform than normal. She only sees me every 4 to 6 months, but noticed I had gotten a new job. That level of customer service is very difficult to find, and a main reason I prefer this dentist over all the others I have been to. I cannot overstate how high the quality of customer service is here. Keep up the good work!
