Good Afternoon, i have brought my family on numerous occasions and we have always had a Great experience. Front staff is so welcoming and professional. The staff in the back that does facials and massages are very curtious and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them

I’m giving this specific location a one star for several reasons. As a member I’ve had the experience of receiving really great services and customer care from different locations. My husband and I both booked 80 minute massages at this location (had a babysitter and everything). The 80 minute massage I received was not a massage - the massage therapist had zero technique, never went below the surface / never found any knots and rubbed lotion on me the entire time. After finishing with the service I spoke to the front desk politely about my service but was completely honest. I received nothing but attitude from the receptionist - which completely took me by surprise. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Staff was kind and accommodating. I was able to get into a same day appointment. Sam listened to my needs and was able to help my neck and migraine pain.

I have never had a massage before, and I am so very glad I got Peggy to introduce me to it the right way. I left happy, relaxed, and I have been feeling good ever since. She was very careful with me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My husband however, had a bad experience and has been hurting ever since he left. I dont know who his masseuse was, but I wish he had Peggy because he is not very happy, which is a shame since it was our anniversary. If you go, I would recommend her.

Lorena was AWESOME! As soon as I was finished with my facial, I booked for next month. She is my go-to tech from now on! Very clean location and awesome team.
