Not a terrible place to deliver with a 53 van. I was on beltway 8 the service road headed north and it turns east or right. About a mile I turned right on windfern. Swing out especially if cars on intersection. Where you turn left on Taub, be on the shoulder or you’ll never make that left. Same for turning left into their drive.
Stop at will call if you need bolt cutters. Docks dive down in back.
Pavement but still muddy.
I didn’t have my tandems slid to back but probably a good idea.
Slide all the way back for dock after your lined up. Friendly folks.
