First time customer and last time customer. Braids started falling out during the first week and still falling out. This has never happened to me before after getting braids. I am very disappointed at this and the owner's response.

Very unprofessional! They told me I had to get the hair for passion twist and I said okay that’s fine. I took a picture of the hair and went and got the same hair. I bought 6 packs of hair. I called and asked about the hair and they rushed me off the phone. Once I made it back the owner left and I had to wait 35-40 minutes. Once she got back she told me that I had the wrong hair.the hair store had already closed!

I called Hannah and ask do they know how to do passion twist and what kind of hair I needed for the style, I purchased the exact hair she told me to get. When I got to the shop the girl was doing regular twist in my hair instead of passion twist and had the nerve to say it wasn’t coming out right because of the type of hair I bought. I bought the exact hair she told me to the girl just simply didn’t know how to do passion twist

For the price that I paid for micro braids I feel that this is something I could have gotten done at a beauty college. The first braider that started on my hair did such a horrible job on the 1st one fourth of my hair that I had her to stop. I wanted to leave and go elsewhere but the owner agreed she could redo and finish me up after finishing the client in her chair. I was there over 8 hours. The braids looked okay.for about 4-5 days. They looked 2 months old within a week and several have come out along my rear hairline. This was a complete waste of time, money and the human hair that I purchased. Go somewhere else for micro braids.

Fast, fun and friendly! Hannah was gracious enough to take me at the very last minute the same day that I called. I haven’t had my hair braided in YEARS and was very skeptical. She and her coworker had my box braids done to perfection in record time. They were both very kind. We shared laughs, they understood exactly what I wanted and executed to perfection, mind you my hair is VERY short. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend their services.

Quick braiding done! This was my second time going to Hannah's, they always gets it done right and tight. They are always polite and always do great styling and are very consistent. Will definitely be back!
