We were headed through Abilene on our way to Big Bend National Park when we discovered we had no 12 volt to our camper. Called these folks and talked to Bobby Fanning. They were very busy but Bobby took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem (bad cutoff switch) and even made a jumper to get me up and running at no extra cost. I don't know about the rest of the folks at Hanner but if they're as nice a Bobby this place is a gem.
