STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I walked in and asked for a 1-hour massage, the man who first greeted me did not understand English so he called for another man. The other man also did not have very strong English so he kept asking what I wanted even though I made it very clear which option I wanted. This second man pointed at the most expensive option on the board and asked if I wanted that option, I said no and pointed at the option I wanted. He sighed and had a look of disappointment. He told the other man in Chinese "I'm not doing it" (they didn't realize that I understand Chinese) and pointed towards the room. I walked into the room with no guidance from anyone; no one followed me and it's a room with multiple beds so I stood awkwardly as they talked to each other in the other room. At this point, I sat at the closest bed and the man brings in a bucket of room-temperature water (I've been to many reflexology places and this is typically a warmer/hotter water to soak your feet in). I laid down and the second man said to the first man in Chinese "you started at 8: 10" and I could see the clock read 8: 20 and he had not started the massage yet.
Already extremely uncomfortable with everything that has transpired, I tried my best to relax and the first man started the head massage. Literally 10 seconds into the massage (not even exaggerating, the man touched my head 1 or 2 times), the first man re-entered the room and tapped me on the shoulder. I opened my eyes and he asked "do you have cash? " and I told him I'm paying with credit card. He alarming replied "no cash? " and I repeated that I did not have cash and I could pay with card (keep in mind this place supposedly accepts credit card). He then said "sorry, we can't" and proceeded to take the towel off of me and sat me up. The first man asked the second man "what's going on? " in Chinese and he responds "he says he doesn't have money" (he says "money", not "cash") and asked me to leave. I removed my feet from the cold water and ask for a towel and neither of them provide a towel for me to dry off my feet. They then proceeded to kick me out. I'll be sure to blacklist this place and tell all of my friends to never come here.
WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE!

The customer service person I spoke with for 10 minutes did not know anything about the shoes I purchased and needed help with, pitiful. I have bought 10+ pairs of shoes from them, never again.

I came in during the morning (for the $10 off special). They were very pushy, continually asking which massage I wanted while I looked over the menu. Once I decided, a kind man showed me to a large room with 5 beds, only 1 was open. I expected some privacy since you’re supposed to get undressed, there weren’t even curtains separating me from the people next to me. I’m in a wheelchair and they made me feel very awkward about not being able to straighten my legs. I told my masseuse I’d be tipping in cash and as I was leaving to grab my wallet she started asking for a tip, which I thought was unprofessional. I’m giving it 2 stars ONLY because the massage itself was decent. I honestly wish I could get my money back due to the poor service. Won’t be back.

Excellent massage! They can do a serious deep tissue. I have sports injuries and they went above and beyond to stretch out my problem areas. We are visitors to Austin and staying downtown. I would absolutely travel out this far for this massage next time I'm in town.

So there’s a tiny diminutive lady who bows and murmurs a lot of polite Asian things and she brings you to this room and there’s relaxing music and she drapes a paper towel over you eyes so you don’t see her grow Wreck It Ralph paws. Then she turns into Donkey Kong and proceeds to tenderize you like you’re some sort of bargain bin flank steak and she’s all MMA speed bagging on your calves and acting like you just tried to steal her purse and she’s absolute whaling on you. Then at the end you go, Wow that was amazing Ms. Wu. Xie xie.

And that is #happyspa

Different setup compared to typical massage places. But definitely loved the experience. Will return as the quality and price, both are great

I went in today for a couples massage and it was awesome.i absolutely love the small quiet and comfortable massage rooms. The staff are very attentive and polite. I recommend this place for people who don’t want to spend a lot of money but still get quality service!

Husband and I had a very enjoyable experience today. The quality of the massage in my opinion was better than what I’ve received from a much more expensive place ($100) as Lisa really worked hard on me to work out the tightness and knots. Husband and I both felt happy and our stress melted away, such a great treat. I see folks quibble about the tip amounts, for the quality of service we’ve received I happily tipped 30% without anyone asking for it. Btw, the room and ambiance is prob not too spa luxurious level and I had to admit that the background music couldn’t probably be a bit more serene but it wasn’t bad. And I can definitely hear some noises from outside of our room but it’s not overly distracting. In conclusion, for the price we pay this is definitely a great value - a quality feel good massage without much luxury. So set your expectations accordingly and you won’t be disappointed.:)

I used to come here all the time but it's changed. They asked for payment upfront which is fine except I don't know what an appropriate tip amount is till after my massage. I left a tip anyway. After the massage 2 different ladies asked me to tip more which is totally rude. My massage was okay but the entire massage room was freezing. No heated pad to lay on and their massage lotion was just as cold. They just drape towels over you which barely does a thing. Next time I'll be sure to spend the extra money on an actual more professional massage.

The main area is one big room, beautifully sectioned off with falls of cloth. It smells good, and the staff are nice. We were not bothered much for tips, or extra time. The connected utility area where they change water for the soaking tubs and hang out between clients is loud though, and the people back there make little effort to be quiet. It was a bit distracting. Decent massage work though, at very low prices.

It was ok, went based on a recommendation. It's definitely reasonably priced. It may depend on who you get.

This place is very relaxing I got a full body massage with my boyfriend. It was an hour long and very relaxing. The ladies are sure to make sure you are comfortable and not to hurt you. The environment is personal and quiet. Would definitely go again.

The first time I was there it was a great experience, however, this time around, I was extremely disappointed! The music was loud and obnoxious, and the masseuse, was hustling me for more time, and became extremely rude when I didn't give her a large enough tip, as if I was expected to. Not coming back.sad.

My husband and I got a 90 minute massage for $55 each. The massage was mediocre, but we went to pay our bill and gave them a 20% tip. However, the two ladies who massaged us were upset and hustled is into giving them more than 30% tip! Save your money for a better place!

On our way to Kyle, Texas my son & I stopped in and had a great treatment of oriental foot bath, foot massage & back massage. It was all so relaxing & refreshing. We will be back for sure.
