Came to Happy Kia I was working with James everything thing was going great had a few questions and Houston jumped in gave me a lot of great information and even included 3 years of free oil changes and service for me I will be back glad I met Houston what a big help!

Absolutely LOVE the friendly and helpful staff here! Best experience i’ve ever had buying a car and will definitely be back! Service department staff is knowledgeable and punctual as well. Went in the salesman was nice put a deposit down on a car to hold it when it comes in because it was in transit. Messaged the salesman asking for a window sticker of the car I had coming in no response for 24 hours I had to call and get a floor manager to send me it. So with no contact from the salesman I asked what I would need to do to get a refund didnt hear anything back so I'm thinking ok well then when is the car coming in so I message the salesman and he says sometimes this week, I call and ask him a few questions about the car everything seemed ok. Then I get a call from th GM explaining that they took a deposit from someone else and I needed to come in to get my refund. So they sold the car I put a deposit on out from under me. Also they had already pulled our credit and worked the deal.

Our first time to buy a kia. Love this Telluride and our salesman was great! Tristan had all the patience and went beyond to show me everything about the car and answer all our questions. Great experience go out and ask for him.

Watch out for the salesman named Matthew! The whole dealership is crooks. They have MSRP listed on the cars as their “prices”, but once they send that information to the bank the window price magically changes and is much higher. Matthew kept us there for hours. Come to find out he was a total crook. Basically a Scam Artist selling cars. Afterwards I heard horror stories of them not paying off vehicles they took in for trade and unethical practices. Stay far away from Happy Kia!

This is the worst car dealership ever. They told me one price and then switched it and basically told me I was stupid when I questioned them. They told me the extended warranty wasn’t an option - I was required to get it. They falsified governmental documents. They were extremely rude. I would never, ever, ever buy from them again. I hope they go out of business because they are as crooked as they come.

I called and spoke with a guy by the name of Houston, explained my credit situation to him. I asked questions on what kind of down payment I would need for a lower monthly payment; what vehicle range would we need to anticipate. Through this time, I had Houston go through this part of the process.
Houston was not knowledgeable enough to be able to give me straight answers through everything; he had to constantly refer to ‘talking to his manager’.
Called yesterday to confirm that there was a vehicle available and I would not waste time on a trip for nothing. Houston gave me his ‘I need to talk with my manager’ spill. He said he would ‘call me back within 10 minutes’. He did not.
Their words do not have substance.
Don’t waste your time with this business.
