I’ve come twice before and enjoyed their services.i just left after wasting over an hour.when i got there the older gentleman told me they would be with me soon.after thirty minutes they got me my color and i waited another 30 minutes before a woman started filing my nails down and then stopped saying the man would do it instead.they ended up not being able to do what i wanted after waiting an extra 10 minutes and have gotten there before, he said it would be $80.needless to say don’t waste ur time

Have been going here for years but last few times I went things have drastically changed. They don't have enough help and the ones there are not all good. Last time i went, it took over 3 hours to get a pedicure and dipped nails. My pedicure was terrible and 5 of my nails chipped/ broke within 2 days. Most of the problem occurred because the owner doing them kept getting up to answer the phone, wait on customers and even left to go do eyebrows in the middle of my dip! I felt like I was not valued as a customer. I was leaving on my Anniversary trip so could not go back for repairs! Very disappointing service. They lost me as a customer.

I loved how they paid attention to detail the staff was kind an their prces are good would definitely recommend!

This place was very relaxing, they took their time ensuring everything looked amazing. My nails are evenly coated and none of them are lopsided! Every nail is perfect. Communication was very clear and everyone was super friendly. I’m very happy with my experience and will be coming back. Thank y’all!

I got a gel dip manicure. She did a so-so job. I had French tips and it was time to get them redone. I'm trying to let my nails grow out a little. Several of them had broken off and were very short. But with a gel dip I can have nice nails that are also strong. I had them in a rounded square shape. She changed it to a more pointed shape without asking how I wanted them. The base color is also pinker than before and shows up more than the previous color. It looked more natural. The edges or "corners" of the nails aren't as clean as they could be. I don't feel she gave as much attention to detail as she could have. A couple of the white tips are also uneven. Notice the pinky in the photo especially. She didn't do my cuticles at all. I won't go back.

Came here for mani and pedi with my daughter but ended up leaving with just a pedi. It took nearly 3 hours for a toddler and myself just for a pedicure. The older woman who was very kind in assisting us did a very good job but she was very very slow. Either she could not understand English or she chose to ignore me whenever I spoke to her. Everytime I told her I already cut my own toe nails she would shake her head and continue with filing down my skin. I would love to come here again but I’d rather have another person assist us. The environment is clean and calm, the customers are much more friendlier than the workers. I hope I get a different vibe the next time i decide to come back.

Omg! Love my nails! Such amazing service and the best in town! Henry did a fantastic job. Showed him a photo of what I wanted done and was super nice and worked with me. Communication was great, super friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely give this business a go you won’t regret it!

This was the best pedicure I have ever had! I was so relaxed and noticed that this salon did things that others have not or would not do with a basic pedicure. They were all very friendly and the environment was just relaxing in general. Will definitely be back to this salon. Thank you Michael and Ann for the best mother and daughter pedicure!

Went last minute for my daughter's prom nails, Couldn't find anywhere in town that was open or had enough techs available.
Called Happy Nail and they made a spot for us and stayed 2 hrs past closing just for us (I didn't ask them to do this btw)!

Despite being open late, the tech working on my nails was not satisfied with the polish/job she did and took it on herself to completely redo them to perfection (still perfect 2 weeks later)!

They did more than was listed on the Pedi description, for the same price.

Sweet family-operated business and the owner has been in business 18 years. Worth every penny.

I got an amazing acrylic nail set from here they were very careful to make sure everything was perfect will definitely be back!

I’ve visited this nail salon several times before. I always get an sns manicure (dip powder) and a pedicure. The last time I was there (about a month ago), I realized after I got home that the lady (short, older, thin, black hair, glasses) didn’t clip my cuticles. I went back today for my usual services. I noticed again that she (a different, younger girl) was about to dip my nails without clipping my cuticles, so I asked her to do it. When it came time to pay, it was the older lady who took my payment. She charged $80. Pedicure is $30, sns manicure is $40. What’s the other $10 for, you ask? For cutting my damn cuticles! Is that not a part of a manicure? Are these nail techs not supposed to take care of their client’s nails? Clipping cuticles is not an “extra” service requiring a separate charge. If it is, why is it not listed on the price chart hanging on the wall? ! Shameful customer service and price gouging. Cheating people out of a service that is a part of any standard manicure. They’ll never get another dollar of mine!

Long wait, and got a pedicure and they didn't try at all, pretty much wiped my legs and then painted them.

I loved this place! I'm from another town and needed something quick. I have never had dip before but I love it.

Me an my mother an sister went to this nail shop today they filled my tub an sister tub but didn’t fill my mother my mom was so unhappy she didn’t say anything I asked many time can someone put water in her tub so she could soak an instead he went an helped someone else not only that I get my nails an toes done all the time but not ever have I seen this type of customer service I told the lady that done my feet that I don’t see they color I wear an she kept getting upset then the owner husband jumps up start yelling at me very loud that the other customers can here never in my life I had to spend my money an be treated so wrong

They do a great job! They do need more help but it is worth the wait and the prices are great.

Clean environment, social distancing and attention to detail technicians. My Bestie and I had pedicures. It was by far one of the best the attention to detail in the toes and foot care was phenomenal.
Absolutely will return when we're back in town.
