Happy Pets Grooming, El Paso TX

There great I love them they take care of all 6 of my dogs and my mom's. They know me and all my dogs by name and always treat me and them with open arm and kindness.

Very proffesional, customer service was really good. Our babys pepper (shanuzer) and fluffly (poodle) come out happy and looking very beautiful and very much recommend this place

I won’t be taking my family pet here again.
The lady had an awful upset looking face spoke nothing but Spanish and didn’t cut my schnauzer as she should have had, she also stated a certain amount then later charged $20 more because our pet is white and uses high quality shampoo when after a week my schnauzers hair turned yellow.
For anyone looking for honesty and good service don’t take your pet here, it’s a rip off and the quality of products are the worst ever plus she don’t know how to cut a dog’s hair. Get your money’s worth somewhere else and better customer service.

We were on a trip visiting in El Paso. We loved no appointments needed just a heads up call was sufficient. Really good customer service. Great treatment of our big puppy!

Worst grooming ever.lack of customer service and sadly I had to take my dog to another groomer. I don't know what type of service this is but I wouldn't recommend this place.

Took my dog in for grooming. Asked them to do a “teddy bear” cut and leave enough hair length on her. When I picked her up, I was told she had a lot of knots on her hair. My dog has NEVER had any knots as I constantly bathe and brush her hair. Upon seeing my dog, I discovered her to be completely shaved with only enough hair on her tail, face, and ears. Staff was respectful about the situation, however, I received the excuse about my dog having knots. At least, I would have expected a phone call from the staff telling me about the knots before they began to cut it. I have been to this place before to take my dog and have never had a bad experience until now. After paying for the service, I was unsatisfied and will certainly not be returning again. It was not a good experience, the lady helping me and said her name was Paola was very rude and lacked customer service, not very welcoming, I wonder how they treat the dogs once we leave if they treat customers like that

Been taking my dog here for for a while now the owners are great people and they really nice

My friend boarded her cat here and sadly passed away due to dehydration and other complications caused by the negligence of this shop and its workers. She had taken her cat to the vet two days prior to her drop off date at happy pets grooming and was found in perfect health. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE

Family memeber left their cat in daycare here and when picked up they poor fur baby was dehydrated. They person working didn't even know where the cat was! She couldn't even stand on her own and when taken to the vet the found a lot of health problems that were caused because of starvation and dehydration! Don't take you pets here. Unfortunately my cousins cat passed away shortly after. They had taken her to the vet 2 days prior to the day care and she had been perfectly healthy.

We brought our three dogs in to Happy Pets Grooming and we could not be happier! They took great care of our senior dog, and our two younger dogs. We will absolutely use them in the future!
