My husband was late with premiums which was his fault. But when he realized and paid up the premiums this company failed to reinstate his insurance and the "agent who was handling went on vacation. " My husband unaware who had spoke to them when paying the premiums that we WERE NOT Covered" and they did not reinstate insurance after using them for almost 10 yrs and because the agent was going on vacation failed to inform him. Days later A deer hit our truck and guess what no coverage. No would not recommend them.

I highly recommend Soni Harbans Allstate for all your auto or homeowners insurance. Bonnie is a great agent who takes her time to make sure you get the best coverage at a great premium cost. She extends EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I switched to Allstate in September after being a long term customer with a competitor. I have had a number of problems with the customer service at this office, most specifically with return calls, communications and follow-up. I finally had to switch to another Allstate agent as I just wasn’t comfortable with the service, detail and timeliness on important insurance needs. I even called Harbans at one point and he apologized and gave a number of reasons as to why they dropped the ball. Fast forward a month and they still have the same problems. The new agent is very timely, detail oriented and thoroughly explains coverage. I’m sorry but I just can’t recommend this Allstate office.

Harbans Soni is very dedicated detailed oriented to any insurance needs. The monthly payments are reasonable and fair during the changing times in our economy. Highly recommend "Soni" he can get you any type of insurance or policy to fit all your needs! Thank you Soni!

I stopped in here today for a notary, they have a huge sign out front that says "AllState" and one that says "Notary". The blond woman who "helped" me was rude and unprofessional. She explained that they only notarized for customers, I said "I am a Allstate customer" and they were not my agent but that my boyfriend has all of his accounts through them. She said if I sat through a quote to switch all of my accounts to them she would do it. Seriously? Then, after being completely rude she stated " I guess I can do it. It is my lunch time, but I'll do it" All the while the owner sat in his office and did not intervene even when she was clearly rude. I said no thank you and just walked out. We will be pulling all of our policy's out of here. They think being rude to a "non-customer" doesn't hurt them?

I was told during roof repairs that if I needed additional funding to take pics and let them know. I did as advised, was told no by a very rude person on the phone. Changing ins companies very soon thanks to poor customer service!

Everybody's always friendly and helpful anytime I need to add or remove a car from my policy they they help me right away. I've had Soni for over 10 years now and I wouldn't change a thing

I want to personally thank Bobby Pessia,   He has been one of the most helpful agents at Allstate, I have ever had.   As most, our family has gone thru many changes, which affect our finances & policy needs during this time, , he made absolutely sure that no matter how many questions I had, he remained very patient.   He quickly replied, with all (carefully researched) answers while taking the time on several occasions to explain everything to me on several policies, so that I would understand all options.   This is exactly the type of service that helps someone, whom is trying to make each and every decision on their own, (isolated, and a widow, therefore now a single mom during this pandemic ) this gave me the tools I needed to be able to make a wise decision for my family during this time.  This service is appreciated beyond how I know to express because this is a time we all need everyone to be a little more patient, and a little more understanding.   Nobody knows what others are going thru and he did not either.   He just gave great service and worked really hard at what he is employed to do, but not everyone is as helpful and friendly.   Fantastic Job and this is why I will continue to come back to this Allstate. Thank you Sir for your caring personality, and attention to the customers needs. One more major concern I can cross off my long list. God Bless You and keep you and your family safe. SW Gregory

Bobby Pessia made the process of getting signed up for Milewise so easy! He was very professional & helped me understand what it was and how it could benefit me. It was so simple to install my device too! He's reached out to me to make sure everything's good with my policy and is just a great guy! I work from home now since Covid started and Bobby helped me take my car insurance from about $125/month to about $60/month! Thank you Bobby!
