Harbor Freight Tools, Houston TX

My only complaint is that I never just leave with what I went in for, I always find something that is just to good a deal to pass up or something I know I can't find elsewhere.if tools were a drug, I'd be an addict

I went to harbor freight today on Aldine mail route an i was treated well disrespectful. The reason for, it that my bill came up with a total that ends with $0.06 cents. I told her I have the $0.06 cents so not to take her change an she got so pist an started throwing stuff an having attitude as if am begging. Its not my fault that she not mathematically educated not to mention absolutely no P. R.but it would be nice to know that she will be reprimanded for chasing business away. Her name is *** Argentina ***

Very friendly staff and helpful but only thing is they need more cash registers open no matter what time I go their checkout lines are always backed up

This is Harbor Freight. They sell what they sell & you know your gonna get a decent price. That's the company, so I rated the staff. These guys/gals have been great with me (just my opinion) They don't hassle you but they are there if you need them, friendly & professional.

This is a unique little shop on the way to Lufkin that has a pretty good selection of Mexican style pottery and art. They also have some metal yard art. I bought some art for the kitchen and the prices were very reasonable tje owner very nice and made sure wrap everything so it wouldn't break. Looking for something colorful this it.

The folks at Harbor Freight always give wonderful service, and of course the prices can't be beat.

I went too return an item too this harbor freight and the service was terrible after waiting in line for nearly an hour i go too return the item i bought earlier that day and had the reciept and they robbed me telling me i could only get a gift card i really needed this money too pay my rent. The supervisor couldnt even give me a reason other than the system did it that way

Prices on tools are always deals customer service is great even when they don't have an item they still go and check in the back and come back and let you know that it's not there apologizes and lets you know when truck comes if you want the item

I bought a saw from them it burned out with in 3 month. Tried to take it back with the 2 year warranty that I paid. Under my phone number apperantly they didn't have a record of it. So I got phuked supposedly. No hassle return policy yea what ever. Keep your money. Go to homedepot

It a great store but I only which we could get the coupons back on the books like they used to I'm old-school don't know too much about computers

They have very good prices and a wide selection of tools and accessories but the products aren’t the best quality.

It's like the $$ store of tools. They have a great variety of things that can be useful. Awesome prices! Even better have an app to upload coupons that save a great deal of money. Who can beat that!

Great place for low-cost tools and a great selection of higher level and lower level all within your price range.
