Harbor Freight Tools reviews
17Harbor Freight a woman's place to pick up tools. They have inexpensive tools for our toolboxes ladies and its the best for batteries. You can expect great prices and the staff is always spot on to help you with what you are looking for. Its a hardware store with the extras. If you haven't been in to the store, check it out. Don't wait for someone to do it for you. Just do it yourself! Lol
I was surprised at the reasonable prices. All cost have skyrocketed, these days, but they were less than, I was expecting. Will go back.
Inexpensive tools and hardware supplies. I needed a carrier for a last minute paramotor trip and needed a way to haul my gear to Houston. I needed a few parts and found them all. The Service was fabulous and all of the employees were friendly and helpful in a clean store.
Had to buy a moving dolly for work. They did have stock was in and out in no time.the only thing I got the wrong one. I went back and they did the exchange without any hassle. Friendly staff.
Great store. Always on top when you need tools or have to exchange items. Their return policy on lifetime warranty item is second to none
I stopped by to shop for these new wire connectors that I saw on youtube but they didn't catty them. They had connectors you heat shrink and lots of other stuff but not what I needed.
Needed a ring roller to do a project for a customer and Harbor Freight had it in stock. It worked amazingly well for $79. I also checked with Grainger and Northern Tool, but they didn’t have anything in stock and I needed it that day. Harbor Freight is always a mixed bag, but every now and then they do ok.
This store never seems to have the inventory they show online. The staff is very low and most don't seem to know anything about tools.
Always love HF. Bargains on tools and the BEST warranties for electrical items. Always get the extended warranty on drills, saws, shop vacs, generators, etc. Well worth it.
The store is like a man's heaven, there are tools, tools and more tools. You can get anything from Dremels to huge floor jacks. The staff doesn't seem to be too friendly and there's noone on the floor to help you but givin the store that it is who cares. But on a serious note the store is clean, well organized and has great prices on most of their items. If you haven't stopped by you really should, you wont be disappointed.
Good pricing on just about anything you need at a fair price. Not the expensive brands so if you need a bargain I would recommend stopping in. Staff is always willing to help you find a particular item. Tool, hardware, Neumatic items, air hoses, lawn items, power tools, air compressors, gloves, to much to list. They seem to keep the Store clean and stocked up. Two closest locations to us in Seguin are New Braunfels and Gonzales, TX. Gonzales, TX.is my favorite.
Looking for very specific tool related items. Had 1 out of 3 I knew it was a long shot. 1 item for myself. Other 2 items for someone else.
Great prices but getting help here was near impossible and the store wasn't even that busy. Workers just kept blasting pass me. Like they didn't want to help and just stock and straighten up the store. I had a couple simple questions which if answered I would've bought more but no one would stop to help and the manager gave me grief about a damaged tool bag I found on the clearance endcap with no price tag. He said it shouldn't have been there but I replied about the scratches on the wheels, the dirt on the sides, and the one broken zipper. Didn't even look me in the eye, only talking to the cashier who was the only good customer service I had. She showed the manager the issues with the bag and he finally gave a percentage off. 20%. Not enough for a broken zipper and damaged wheels. Cleaning was no issue but when half the bag and use is damaged, should've used that manager common sense. Good job on the cashier though. She was great.
The only thing they don't sell is dignity.
I buy basically anything except power tools and sockets here. I have split so many HF sockets that I lost count. They will replace them no questions asked, but I live so far away, it's not worth it to me.
Definitely a do-it-yourself persons dream store. This store carries from the swallows tools to some of the biggest tools even little Hobbies tools. Remote control cars remote control planes garden tools painting you name it they have it. So if you're looking for a hobby to do get down there Harbor Freight and find you one!
Always have what I need. My kitchen light went out on December. 23. I was panic since I had to cook XMAS dinner. Found the light I needed to get me through!
This place is like "Toys R Us, " for adults. They had some great deals and tools I couldn't find anywhere else. This will be a place I visit quite often!
