Harbor Freight Tools reviews
10Good products, great prices, easy quick in out to shop and helpful service … most of the time always a line at checkout
Staff was very Friendly and the store was Clean and neat.was able to find What I was looking for. Lady at the register was so nice and thanked me and wished we a good day
Staff is always friendly, and they seem to have product knowledge which is rare in similar stores.
Do not shop at this Harbor freight, go to Harbor freight Bellmead. Bosque Management are not customer friendly. I returned an unopened tool (two) because I had no need for use and I was accused of bringing back damaged equipment after store manager did not take two seconds to look at what I was returning and then sent me on my way. I spend quite a bit of money, but will not be spending any at this store again. Harbor Fright in Bellmead returned both unopened items without question considering they were unopened boxes until harbor freight on Bosque opened them up.
I always end up getting more than I need, but somehow they always have more things I need. 10/10 will end there again, probably soon.
Decent all the way around. Not a spectacular specimen of a storefront in an old mall, but the staff knows the store and appear to keep it clean and organized. I'll keep going!
Tried to buy a drawer for my icon tool box. Its on back order but are not wanting to remove a drawer from the tool box. They gave hundreds of toolx box but not individual drawers.
Canned text but it sums it up nicely. Reminds me of the old Campmore catalog back cover; has their logo Bear with every sports, camping, fishing, etc.surrounding him. It's titled "He who finishes with the most toys WINS! "
That's about the same way I feel at Harbor Freight.
Great little place for bargain priced tools. As long as you don't need commercial, industrial quality. For the general handyman it's perfect. Especially if you take advantage of their email coupons.
The quality of tools has gotten better over the years. There are lots of special offers and becoming a member will save you lots of money.
