Harbor Freight Tools reviews
15Harbor Freight. It is what it is. Affordable tools and handy items. Not killer deals at regular price but they frequently have sales and great coupons to pick up a lot of odds and ends tools / household items. At this location, and I am sure with others, it can be hard finding items in stock when a sale / coupon / special is going on.
Harbor freight tools has a abundancemechanical appliances that you may need for your business or for your personal use. They carry top-of-the-line equipment and the best thing about it is that they have an isle of discounted products that they basically give away.
One of my absolute favorite tool stores. They never miss a beat when it comes to having what you need and especially at this store
I love this place! They have a huge variety of tools and such and their inventory is constantly expanding. Their coupons and sales are easy to use and find, as well as abundant. There's almost always someone to offer assistance available when needed. Returns are simple, as are warranty exchanges.
Great stuff 4 a lower price! Great staff willing to help anyway possible, even help load your stuff up & wave as your driving off!
Harbor Freight has changed it's attitude towards the customers. I traveled to NRH to purchase some items for a project that I was working on. Their add offers a free small flashlight. There were no flashlights where they were topically placed. It was very busy there that day, and when I asked the clerk about the flashlight, he told me that they were on Isle 8 but that I would lose my place in line and have to get in at the end of it. I went to Isle 8 and low and behold no FLASHLIGHTS. I then asked the management (Ruby something or another) about the item, and she was annoyed with my question, and said there were no more left in stock. I mentioned to the Clerk the situation and he called me a liar and apparently ruby too. He insisted that there we some on Isle 8, he was insulting me and calling ruby and liars in a store crowded with customers. I cancelled my purchase, and in the future will drive to Home Depot, or Wal-Mart fo any and all of my Material and Tools until your policies change. Feeling very insulated in public.
I used to really not like HF, I would only go in to buy something I might use once or twice and not be worried. They have really turned around. They have a few brands now with lifetime warranties. I like Pittsburg and Icon. Pittsburg is great for grundge work. Like rough work. I love ICON, HF put them out to compete with SnapOn. I can shut my eyes and pick up a wrench and cannot tell the two brands apart and Icon works as good or better than Snap on at probably 25 percent the cost. Now HF is the only place I get my tools.
Very impressed they just have an odd way of putting up on the shelves. Like the mud pans were with painting instead of drywall
As always, Harbor Freight Tools is the right place to go if you need any tool for a reasonable price and a decent/good quality.
Just remember folks.you get what you pay for. Cheap prices, yes.cheaply made tools, also a "yes".
Drove up to shop the store but kept on driving after watching two store employees throw their cigarettes butts on the ground.
Great prices! Don't forget to download the Harbor Fright app so you can use all of the coupons! The staff are very helpful and friendly! Keep up the great work people!
They have lots of tools here at this store. Not saying that they are good or bad tools.just tools and most are fairly priced. You get what you pay for. Being a field tech and working in the dirt and mud quite a bit, these tools work well and if i break or loose one.no big deal. The electric corded and non corded tools are cheap and have a short life span.
Frank at this store is friendly and likes to talk.a lot.i mean a lot.
Always have been treated well here. The staff is always helpful. They have a wide selection of tools and large variety of things. Visit the website for deals and coupons.
This is one of my husband's favorite places to go to. The prices are awesome & the customer service is great! They are always ready to help.
