Harbor House Hotel & Marina at Pier 21, Galveston TX

Beautiful hotel. Very convenient if you're catching a cruise or just want to have a nice night out and some wonderful dining.
The night lady was super sweet and so very helpful.
Private parking & walking distance to 2 great restaurants & a couple attractions.
Room was nice, spacious & clean.

Great hotel. Clean modern rooms and terrific service at the front desk. Rooms are also spacious and modern. Location is terrific that you do have to pay for parking.

Perfect location for cruise, 10 minute walk to pier, so easy. Nice coffee and breakfast in the morning. Dee at front desk was incredibly friendly, took great care of us! Room was spacious and comfy, very clean. We stayed on 3rd floor and could see our ship arrive out our room window! Highly recommend!

We attended the Yaga's Wild Game Cook-off so the location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and stocked with the right amount of soaps and towels, etc.

Good location for us, very short walk to several restaurants. Katie’s seafood nextdoor was great. Nice place to stay before a cruise.

Nice hotel on the docks. Walking distance to cruise ports. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Will stay again when cruising from Galvaston.

Some construction made parking and locating hotel a little difficult. Service at front desk was absolutely fantastic. Large well appointed rooms make stay pleasurable. I would most certainly recommend.

Great place to stay if you’re on a cruise. Walking distance to the ships. Also great location to the Strand for shopping and restaurants. Rooms are very nice too!

Love our visit to Harbor House, the room was huge and loved the view from our room. The location was fantastic to some great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when we visit.oh and parking was super easy.

Nice rooms with comfy beds but we got stuck staring at a giant ventilation duct impeding our view. The walk to the Royal Caribbean terminal was not as easy as I expected so if you have anyone with any mobility issues you might like a ride. Some of us walked across the island to the beach which was about 1.3mi and a pleasant outing. Adjacent restaurants were nice.

Great location to have easy access for cruises for the next day.very nice rooms and personal friendly.

Poorly constructed for people. Open spaces, wood and steel make everything echo like being in a cheap motel. Only good for those who want to get to the boarding line first when taking a cruise. If this is not you, there are better values and better hotels along the seawall.

It is a beautiful hotel and a convenient location. We stayed here 1 night before our cruise and just walked over to the terminal incredibly easy! The hotel is very nice and clean! The man who checked us in hardly spoke to us. I kind of thought that was rude. We didn't see any other employees. We appreciated the coffee and juice in the morning. It really is a nice hotel and just steps away from eating and shopping. Other than the lack of customer service, everything else was great. Right behind the hotel, they have a dolphin tour, and that was great! I definitely recommend that

Was going on a cruise and booked a night stay at this place, tested positive for covid and was unable to go on our cruise, sent them positive results, they initially sent me an email saying i got a refund, however got no refund and after sending emails got no more response. I would not recommend this place, they will take your money, and they will not attempt to give it back.

Have been wanting to stay here for some time and we finally made it. The rooms are spacious with a great view. Checking in was fast and pleasant. Made to feel very welcome and appreciated.

Very convenient place to stay if you are going on a cruise. It’s right next to the port and you can even see the cruise ships out your window. Walking distance to restaurants, the port and a lot of shops. Our room was very clean and it has a gorgeous bathroom and shower. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay. We used their cruise parking as well and had no issues.
