Yes. I too was unbelieving of consistent 5 stars for this place when we were looking for hardwood flooring. But once you step inside the showroom, you see the difference. Its basically the apple store of hardwood flooring and Ari is best guide you can get to discuss your flooring needs. We never once felt "being sold". It was a great conversation through until delivery. We got the white oak St. Mortiz. All in all a great experience.

After a pipe burst and destroyed our living room floor I decided to replace the flooring myself. We went with the chalet herringbone engineered floor, and so far it is awesome! Trent at Hardwood bargains helped me out with a quote and made sure I had all the install materials needed and helped walk me through the install process. Even after the initial sale, Trent went above and beyond and answered additional install questions, and recommended different products to help with clean up. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Hardwood bargains is the real deal.

The quality of their Acoustic Panels is unmatched. I looked at samples from a few companies, and the ones from here were far superior. Additionally, they were the only company that had the longer XL panels so that I could install without seems. However, their best asset is their Customer Service. The site was very user friendly, which is important when you’re too far away to visit the store in person. We ordered a handful of free samples and they arrived within days of ordering.

I’ve used Hardwood Bargains for two projects now, and both times have been great! The material is wonderful and very durable (I have three kids 5 and under and they test the durability daily!), the staff is very professional and not aggressive, and the price is right! Their showroom is nice too - ask for Peter. I loved how he showed me options in different lighting around the showroom and was very considerate/ flexible on the timeline of our project.
